Dancing Bear series has been discussed before in older threads you can find by searching for "Dancing Bear". The producers post ads on sites like backpage.com, craigslist, and sexyjobs.com looking for girls to attend these shoots.
The extras get paid like $50 I think and they get paid some more money if they show nudity and lot more if they give a BJ to the dancer. Sometimes you can spot true amateurs doing hardcore but they are often older fat mature women. Most of the true amateur extras are just there for the quick easy money and they show it by shying away from the action and sitting there looking disinterested in case their bf or future husband sees them in one of these movies.
The girls who are actually doing the hardcore action are almost always paid "ringers" (i.e pros hired to make sure they film some hardcore action during the shoot). The ringers are easy to spot because they often sit at the end of the couches or tables making them more accessible and easier to shoot. The ringers are often escorts or lesser known pornstars working the Miami area some of whom have shot scenes for other companies (e.g. Reality Kings or Bang Bros who shoot in Miami). Likewise the Party Hardcore series uses the same setup with ringers mixed in with amateur extras.
These movies are part of the CFNM genre (i.e. Clothed Female Nude Male). There are other CFNM type series that don't use a bachelorette theme.
