I've been a regular customer of Five Star for a few years now and have never had any major problems. Depending on where you live, if they already sent out the package it may take some time to get to you - even with priority shipping. You may want to call them at 1-800-815-7827 and ask to speak to customer service. Be sure to have your order number when you do and I'm sure they will be able to help you out. Best of luck!

The few times I've had problems with 5 star they've been very prompt in replying. That said, I've also had problems with their e-mails being spammed out in the past by my e-mail clients, so that might be part of the problem...

Most companies, when sending Priority Mail, usually purchase the proof-of-delivery service which has a trackable number on it through the U.S. Postal service website.

They usually send you this tracking number when they send you your confirmation e-mails that the package has shipped.

Check into this and let us know.
Good luck.

Thanks for your help, I'll call them tomorrow, it doesnt seem like it should take more than a couple days, I'm in California and I think they are in Arizona. The confirmation email just says that the package is shipped and if I go to the USPS site it says that they expect the package for shipping on the 20th.No other info. anyways thanks and I'll let you know what happens.

Make sure that you tell that to 5 star the next time that you contact them. It sounds like the package got lost somewhere between them and getting to the post office, because the post office hasn't scanned the package in yet.

So, It looks like you guys were correct. The package got lost somewhere along the line. I called the 1800 number and they are sending a new package priority mail, hopefully it doesnt get lost this time. They were really helpful on the phone. I wasnt able to find that 1800 number anywhere on the website only fivestar's local #. The only downside is that about a third of the order is out of stock, but 5 titles should be arriving soon, thanks for everyones help. fivestar turned out great.
