As for blemishes and stuff, it might have something to do with HD and generally increasingly better resolution quality in porn, so you can see these things that you would have missed with the lower resolution of years past.

It seems like I can't watch a video anymore without tons of these disfigurations ruining camera angles and positions. Are these people neglecting hygiene? Is it unsanitary working conditions (do they adequately clean these often used sets before and after shoots)? Perhaps the talent is just working too much? I guess some of the horrible skin that quite a few of the gym rats in the male talent pool (not naming names) have could be excerbated by steroids or HGH use, but I'm seeing more and more beautiful women with tons of welts and bruise marks all over their breasts, thighs and ass. Drug use surely accounts for some of the problems, but drug abuse has always been pretty widespread in the industry and skin issues didn't seem to be as commonplace as they are in modern porn. They don't know how good they have it. Someone who's never had such issues can't know what it's like to have mysterious rashes, dry flaky skin, terrible, embarrassing acne and have everyone think you must not be bathing or taking care of yourself. In conclusion - Skin problems can be very stubborn and completely mysterious. It is possible that someone has bad skin because they have bad personal hygiene but I definitely wouldn't just assume it. Acne on the back can be particularly stubborn. I've had it on my back, the back of my neck and shoulders since I was around 13. It just never goes away. No matter what I do, what kind of soap or acne products I've tried or anything else. It is worse sometimes than it is at others but it's always there. Most of these girls are young. Barely out of high school. That a lot of them would have acne doesn't surprise me at all. I tend to ignore it unless it's particularly distracting and I just can't. I do prefer nice skin but who am I to expect absolute perfection when I'm far from perfect myself? Most of these girls wouldn't even date me. Much less fuck me.
