I reckon this was done prior to the scene, where a DP was simulated (or done), and when it was time for the video, the DP was dropped for whatever reason. Doing some searching on the interwebs turns out a set consisting of > 800 images, with over 40 depicting the DP itself. Would be hell of a job photoshopping them all. I guess on the Devil's Film website the set can be downloaded? I'm more a DVD guy, so no sets on DVDs (even if there would be plenty of room for simply including them on the DVD...) [Link]
