Is this "wrong", in the sense that there is no way that women ever like the bald & long hair look? Or, does it actually work for some people sometimes? I have shaved it off before, but I don't like the way it feels (though it looks fine). I feel better with hair, but only looks right to me when I grow it out. But I also don't know if I'm deluding myself and that long hair baldy just looks dorky. One other problem - the bald look is awfully popular right now, and I hate looking like everybody else. Not all women have the highest opinion about guys with shaved heads but I bet 99.9% of them would much prefer to date a guy who shaves his head than some Ben Franklin-looking weirdo.Yep, I'm sure new effective treatments will come but there probably won't be any definite cure for male pattern baldness anytime soon. And forget about messing around with the human genome. Even the simple treatments like Propecia are quite risky and not worth the trouble.
