Edited to say that I checked Amateur Allure and it does happen there quite a bit but I wouldn't go so far as to say it is a focus of the site.

These are out of around 735 scenes in total.

I also checked Amateur Allure's sister site, Swallow Salon, since that is mostly oral so I figured that ball licking and sucking would be more prevalent there. It occurs, but like AA, it isn't a big focus.

Both sites have ball action, but they focus more on cock sucking.

I did randomly look through several scenes from each site and it wasn't hard to find scenes, even before I realized that there were tags for it. Here are a few examples:
