@Wishbone Japan produces dozens of ballet-themed JAV dvds. I'll only mention the ones that are most visually striking and authentic by performing on stage for a crowd:

Also if you love ballet dancers you might also like the Crazy Horse Paris dancers since for the most part they used to be ballet dancers until their tits got too big for it. There's over a dozen documentaries about them.

There's also a "Naked on Stage" community dedicated to non-commercial/artsy videos of nude performances on stage including nude ballet performances which you might want to look into.

@KingNatto if you liked SDDM-412 have you seen the nude taiko drums movie with Rei Himekawa & co starring? It was originally on the old zenra website, but the only DVD code I can spot nowadays is just for the BTS footage. They sequestered a bunch of pornstars in a mountain retreat for a long time to teach them how to play the taiko drums and finally you get to see perform on stage in unison fully clothed, then naked, then while getting fucked (at which point their drumming falls apart). Most impressive JAV I've seen yet. The fully clothed and just nude drumming sequences got featured on quite a few art channels.

And finally there is the Jack Deveau gay classic feature Ballet Down the Highway. Probably not what you're looking for but one of the best gay features of the era.

Platinum Paradise (1980) Directed By Cecil Howard - Hillary Summers in her scene with Bobby Astyr is a ballerina.

John Stagliano in 1988 Directed Very Dirty Dancing and for legal reasons Caballero changed the title to Very Sexy Ballet.
