When you signed up on Pervcity.com we promised weekly exclusive updates and we've been keeping our promise since the launch date and for the last 4 months. Other members wanted to see also the older Evil Angel scenes, we couldn't put all of them on the site at the start so we are adding more of them every week. I'm sorry that now you are not pleased with your membership to the site, but you signed up for a yearly membership on 2/21/15 and are asking for a refund 4 months later. If you complained with Epoch and your credit card company and you weren't able to get the refund, it means that your request seems to be unreasonable. You paid $95.40, which considering that the monthly membership is $24.95, is less than what you would have paid in these 4 months with a monthly membership. I told my partner that manages these kind of thing about your complains, but he's been traveling during the last week and this is the reason he couldn't get back to you yet.
