Bangbros has been dying for probably 18 months at a minimum. It only got horrifically bad in early 2016 when it transitioned from a steady descending spiral to a shrieking power dive. When you're posting scenes 5+ years old to maintain a one scene a day rate you're scraping the bottom of the barrel. Personally I would rate them as slightly better over the last 4-6 weeks, but that might be that even a slight improvement is noticeable after months of dreck.

Was talking more about that in that other thread I posted above, as much as I like seeing the big names also like unknowns that makes it feel more real, any recs/links of those other sites please?

^ I'm always interested in the business side of things. If the above is true, why is it happening? Is it money? Is Bangbros not generating enough cash to justify a large quantity of good material? If this is so, Econ 101 would suggest a lowering of pay-per-scene. Is that happening? Are their subscription sign-up rates up? Or down? Looking at all the agent sites, it doesn't seem to indicate a lack of qualified talent. If the talent pool gets too big, it should exert a downward trend of wages. I'm not sure I see that happening. Are content producers able to make a living?
The industry seems to thrive on hot, young talent that comes in and does 20-30 scenes with various companies and then goes back to a mundane, middle-American living. A few, because of their beauty or attitude, stick around longer and become staples, but that's the exception, not the rule. (Good agents, through timing and thoughtful planning can increase the talent's staying power.) Or, is it competition that is lowering the Bangbros quality and output (and perhaps income)? Is it photographers like Rob Simyar (of FTV and FTVX) with it's simple but consistent story line and dedication to beauty that is drawing in the subscribers?
To subvert a phrase, "As goes MindGeek, so goes the nation..." They are, or at least have been, the change agents for many years. What is the future? -Just a small time producer, director.

Bangbros problems could just be bad decision making..today scene with Martini Bows was great tomorrow they will do something to sabotage it. Mind Geek probably is not a leader unless it is a race to the bottom.
MindGeek is the biggest producer and distributor of porn on the planet. Its business model has changed the industry to the nth degree. What they do or don't do effects everything. Even this small forum is a way for them to create the future. IMO they are not diabolical, evil or stupid. They are the rain maker. We small time producers survive by offering something a bit different. Niches. Still, MindGeek's tremendous success is an unnerving indication of the degree to which centralized commodification can suck the life out of an entire industry. Interesting times.

She really had her way with some name talent before she left. First time posting on this thread. Let me start out by saying I'm a HUGE fan of Bangbros and its many websites. Over the past year, I have been a member of its main site and peripheral sites such as Black Loads and Brandi Belle. I absolutely love the exclusive access that I've had to the multitude of videos BangBros has produced. For me, Bangbros' biggest draw is the variety of sites and fetishes that it offers. Sites have themes like Tugjobs, Blowjob Fridays, Big Tit Creampies, etc. While I enjoy viewing tons of models on BangBros (Siri, Chanel Preston, Nicole Aniston, and many others), I can see these models on a number of other sites that I already have memberships too. Bangbros and the large sites put out new content everyday. That gives them a edge because now customers are use to daily updates whether it is what they want or not. It would be very hard for new players to compete but not impossible.

All three of which have not been updated for over 6 months, Tugjobs for 2 years, and supports what others have said this year is when they have tanked. Seems like a pretty biased post for a newcomer to the site? Just saying..
You're very much right. It sucks for old members that these sites aren't being updated anymore. For them, there is much less reason to renew their memberships. My point is that I found these themed sites to be special. Even the old grainy scenes from 2008 have a sense of nostalgia associated. If BangBros really is done, then I hope that another site/producer can step into the void and continue to explore these concepts. But I also do want to thank BangBros for what they have produced up until this point. As for me, like I said, I first purchased a membership last summer. So by no means am I as seasoned as most of the posters on this thread, and sorry if my post came off as biased. Honestly, I'm just happy to be able to search through the backlogs for what I like.

Yeah you have to wonder if Bang Bros recent troubles are preventing them from getting established talent they didn't already have a long working relationship with. They've shot Nina Elle once, way back in 2014 and haven't shot Ryan Conner and Alena Croft at all, but then both ladies seems to be concentrating on a couple of websites for their online work. Ryan Smiles last scene at Data 18 was way back in April--makes you wonder if she's retired, gone on hiatus or just isn't shooting for the big companies after her splashy return earlier this year.
