After calling again, I was able to get somebody to cancel, although it took nearly 5 minutes for them to do it. Before I hung up, I asked the person if they could send me an e-mail confirming the cancellation. They told me they would, but here it is, over 8 hours later, and still nothing. BB's porn is really good, but their billing/customer support fucking sucks and all those "one-click purchase" links in the members area are a fucking nuisance. As if they care, right? [Link]
