Is Barely Legal banned in Switzerland? I could not find most titles from the stores in Switzerland. What is the offending sex act that cause the DVD to be banned?
I don't have a clue about the porn laws in Switzerland. I was looking for European porn at Orgazmik and when I check if they are selling the latest Barely Legal and to my surprise, it had a note saying "Contains scenes that are illegal in Switzerland. Cannot be sold". Looks like Swtitzerland banned Barely Legal 37-41 so I was curious what is illegal in Switzerland.
From what I know it is illegal in Switzerland to distribute porn which contains urinating scenes.
I have asked Orgazmik a while ago why I can't buy Weapons Of Ass Destruction #1 from them. They answered me that this title contains material that is illegal in Switzerland. The only thing that I think may be illegal in this movie is the scene where Gauge is peeing.
checking with ORGAZMIK i found out they're not allowed to sell stuff containing peeing, even if it's only in behind-the-scenes material as it often is.
Strange, I bought WOAD#1 in a porn shop in Zürich/Switzerland about a year ago. It was not sold under the shelf, just normally. It was also not more expensive black market price or something. ...but than, maybe the Swiss Anti-Piss-Squad did not find that tape in time...
It's true. According to swiss law, porn scenes with piss are illegal. Orgazmik is very precise about it and does not sell movies containg peeing, solo peeing or even female ejaculating (they seem to think it's 'only' pee). However, some other shops seem more relaxed about the solo peeing. Looks like the law isn't quite precise regading this. Try http://shop.erotikfactory.ch/index.html. At least in their shop in Zuerich, they sell WOAD#1, various Service Animals blacklisted by Orgazmik and also Barey Legal. However, they don't have everyting in their online-shop. Try dropping an email.
actually it's not only up to him (that son of a bitch :( ). we have a "direct democracy" here, so if anyone wants to see pissing women in porn movies, he can start collecting signatures for a revision of the particular law.
but i highly doubt that someone decides to start collecting the 50'000 signatures for such a thing ("the pro piss referendum", and financing a campagne to convince the majority of the voters :D
I think the question has to be asked exactly the otherway around: what speaks against showing it? If there is nothing, a single fan would be justification enough.I imagine what the reaction in the inner cantons would be like if you open up a campaining booth/stand on a market square in a small townI simply hope that in your country there develops a coalition of people that challenge him and his very simple concepts (O.K., O.K. no more politics).
