I have Barely Legal numbers 1, 3 and 4. I would say that 3 and 4 are sort of tied in my mind, because of one great scene on BL 4, but BL 3 is probably better on the whole. I think #1 is still #1. My impressions follow:
BL 4
On BL 4, there is a lesbian scene that is honestly one of the best I've seen. If you like the hardcore, 2 foot long dildo, large (fake) breasted, loud (fake) moaning, lesbian fuck-a-thons, you won't like this. If you enjoy the fantasy of two HOT blonde 18-19 year old girls experimenting with eachother using fingers and tongues, you will thank me for the recommendation. My only complaint-- the scene is too short. Otherwise, the disc is so-so, with a hot Hawaiian in a long solo-into-3way scene that didn't do much for me, and a girl with an incredible body in the last scene who looks great in doggie and spoon. The only anal was forgettable (although if you are a fan of Little White Chicks and Big Black... you will probably really like this).
BL 3
On BL 3, the first, third, and last (5th) scenes are the best, including good anal on the 3rd and 5th. The girls are all quite hot and surprisingly young and fresh looking (not in a disturbing Max Hardcore way, but in a good sort of mature 18-24 year old way). The girls in the last scene are, in my opinion, the least hot but the threesome more than makes up for it. Actually, come (NPI) to think of it, the second scene is pretty good too, as the girl (the cover girl I believe) is truly hot and looks great getting eaten from behind.
BL 1
Ahh, the original. Maybe it's because it was the first really good porn I ever saw, but the first Barely Legal truly stands out in my mind. The first series of scenes with Allysin Chaynes and Bunny Luv and whatshis name is great, with Allysin seeming kind of disinterested but in a way that really works here for me, kind of like she's a stuck up not-too-smart but loose rich girl--if that makes any sense. The next scene is solid no toys lesbianism, and then there is a hot blonde girl, who really does look eighteen in her little boarding school uniform, getting fucked by her step-brother. She is very petite, but very sexy, and gets fucked hard and likes it. I didn't find this setup that disturbing, but the next one was a bit frightening-- a VERY HOT girl blows and is fucked by a father and then his son. Ewww. Good thing her body was RIDICULOUSLY PERFECT and she gave a slippery BJ. Lastly, there is a truly great scene with a hot and FILTHY little blonde in a yellow sundress. She takes it every way, really mixing up the oral, anal, and standard fucking. 5 stars.
I have to admit, this series is one of my favorites. I have yet to go beyond 1-4 (I think they are up to number 12 now on DVD) becuase I have heard the later ones are not as good. If anyone has any recommendations for later volumes in the series, please let me know.
