I had gotten a charge on my Credit Card 5-23, but no Merchandise. I had wrote them 7 times, and each time i go reply back telling me it well ship out soon, but they I had called my Credit Card.. What day was the delivery supposed to ship by? (You state they promised it would ship before the end of this week. Which week was that?) Their web site says they try to respond to all customer service emails within 24 hours on business days. This is assumed to be Monday - Friday. Did they respond to your many emails within 24 hours? What movies did you order? What day did you request a credit from Master Card? [Link] |

To state that "retailer X sucks, don't buy from them" without providing enough supporting facts sounds more like sour grapes than someone trying to help their fellow consumers. [Link] |
