Can anyone tell me about that beautiful house in WOAD3? We have all seen it many times in many videos. I'm guessing some lucky guy built it and leases it out to producers during the day and lives in it at night. Furnishes it and cleans it at company expense. Probably charges high prices which helps to pay for it. Ah, the benefits of owning your own company. Who's the owner? Where in Southern Cal is it located? Worth? Would love to see an Architectural Digest style photo layout in a website. Such a gorgeous house. I'm always trying to focus one eye on the action and the other on the interior.
Just a guess, is this the colorful house? If so, it has been mentioned here before, but it could be hard to find that thread. I'm sure someone with inside knowledge will come forward soon. If it is that same house, I think it also has that large red structure outside by the pool with the great view.
I love that house. You know you have a great movie when it has a scene shot there. There were some great RLD movies shot there.
Yes, RLD did a lot of nice filming there. Got a round glass window on the front doors, plate glass with gold hand railings on stairs, marble-tiled chimney in the middle of the living room, skylights in the kitchen and master bedroom. HUGE house. Impressive symbol of success.
Do you mean the house below? It has a free standing fireplace in the foyer, and another granite fireplace in the living room. I see this house a lot in RLD and PXP movies.
This house certainly is tastefully decorated in natural/beige/black tones. My kudos to the homeowner and interior designer.
Too Funny Astro. I just got done watching the movie "The Secret Window". Johnny Depps character quotes those exact words from the Talking Heads "Once in a Lifetime" song.
OH sorry for derailing this thread. Now back to your regular scheduled program.

Thanks for shedding some light on this question Jules! That's a good question Renee but I'm sure the neighbors like some of the footage they see from their windows!
The house belongs to a really nice guy named Ben, he has a great wife. They have been renting out their house for the past decade! It has been in hundreds of movies, I have performed many times there since 1999. Skeeter has filmed a couple of Private and Rosebud movies there. He also filmed a feature there for Pleasure Productions. The people who own it are the nicest people! love, Bridgette Kerkove xoxo
