The closest I can recall is Hotel-O (think: "Othello") #1 and #2 from Video Team. That starred Lex, Mr. Marcus, and a mostly black cast. But the fact that Nina Hartley had a major sex role in both volumes, gives the flicks more of an IR feel than pure Black-on-Black.
I am assuming that we are strictly talking about story-based porn with a decent budget.
P.S. - Damn, Nina was f-cking smoking in both those flicks! Probably the last time she looked as hot as she did in her prime - with the tanlines and everything.
