It's Aimee Tyler's scene in a 2002 movie called "Anal University 11." Unfortunately, given the low resolution (480p since it is 2002) and bitrate, and that the positions used don't show the belly chain much, it's sort of hard to see most of the time. But she is wearing one. While it isn't a thin chain, Jamie wears a studded belt through most of the scene, which for me as a fan of belly chains, this works too.
