The best vaginal gapes I have seen were in German fisting DVDs such as the ones from Videorama/DVDrama, the fisting is done by girls most of the time, but there are men as well so those won't really qualify I guess. Maybe in their Lesbos Extrem series Videorama would have something? I'm not sure.
There is absolutely zero risk of fisting tapes being confiscated by US Customs (unless they also contain bestiality or child porn). If you don't want to bother ordering from overseas, you can order tapes & DVD's contining fisting scenes from Diversified Video Associates which is located in New Jersey.
Any obscenity convictions that have taken place have been at the local level, never national. Also, obscenity convictions have been against SPECIFIC titles. This means that only specific titles are obscene in specific jurisdictions. These convictions have been against stores or manufacturers who have sold these videos, not people who buy or own them.
Because American companies want to sell to as many places as possible (most retailers don't want to take any chances), they have basically stopped making these tapes for US distribution.
You should also note that there are some places in the US that the e-tailers won't send ANY adult material to because of fear of obscenity prosecution.
There are actually two DVD titles that have recently been released in the US (and sold by some ADT affiliates) that contain fisting scenes. They are Flaunt It! and Candy Stripers (which has the fisting scenes in a hidden Easter Egg).

Some info about the Lesbos Extreme series of the German company Videorama. Only two titles have appeared on this label: "Gut gebaut und top versaut" and "Die Weiber Workshop". I have the first one on DVD. Good movie! Pretty women (make-up, lingerie, jewelry) in solo and pair action, vaginal and anal, using dildo's, strap-ons and fists. Some scenes with oral, some with piss. I don't think there were any vaginal gapes.
