Those who have spoken of it seem to indicate different routines.
Some don't eat the day before. So heavy booking may have something to do with thinner porn stars.

For the person being penetrated: something that you would consider mild. You should know what that is for you. If everytime you go out for chinese your stomach gets mad - well DON'T eat that before anal... duh!
Something really simple and mild, yet not so far off your diet that it throws you off by being too mild... ya know. Plus, an enema if you are going to be on film.
Do the enema at elast 2 hours before the scene but up to 6 hours beforehand.
