The collected works of Peter North. It is very hard to single out 10 much less 1. The Canadian Cum Cannon is the king of facials to be sure. But Jules Jordan would be my second choice as well. He has produced too many good ones also to single out one. The Jenna Haze one already mentioned is quite good. I also like the ones with Krystal Steal because it is an extra turn on when a cum-dodger (or near cum-dodger) gets a good one.

No, I don't. Perhaps there is a trailer clip of it at Jules' site. And to be clear, I don't think Krystal actually cum-dodged in those scenes but I think she has in others. But even in her scenes for Jules, you could tell she wasn't crazy about taking the facials.
I gave it a little thought and a couple of Peter North facials that do stand out for me are two different ones with Dani Woodward. I don't recall the names of the movies but North was really on his game and Dani's face was decorated! There is also a great one with Monica Sweetheart (I'm about 99% sure it was her) where North's first shot goes about 15 feet over her head and everyone in the room starts to laugh (including North and Monica). But he still managed to get a good amount on her face. The man is frickin amazing.

Here's one that, while isn't up to the Northian standard, is certainly an amateur classic. I shot Tabetha for Spunkmouth. She's also been a recurring Amateur Allure girl. And thanks to DrP0rn0 for the information on the Peter North scenes.
I think an obvious point is that the girl on the receiving end of the facial is the most important thing. Given the choice between a girl I'm only luke warm on getting completely drenched/covered or seeing a girl I like a lot only getting 1/2 of that, I'll take the latter.
Another classic North facial that certainly makes my top 10 or 5 is the one with Ashlyn Gere in Pink Pussycat. A great scene/facial!
