The camera style is too heavy on the up-close and almost never backs away far enough to see full view of the girls. I think that thing where she likes to be talking to the girls, pulls her into a POV filming mode and she can't pull away. Or something. In Battle of the Asses Pinky vs. Cherokee we never see them side-by-side in full-body view. [Link]
