Priape ( a Canadian store) says they have the uncensored version of Fallen Angel 4 (which has 3 fisting scenes, I think) but they picture they show is of the censored version.

I haven't seen any of these, but if you are looking for all-fisting, these might be a good start:

Falcon has 2 fisting DVDs, Ass on the Line, and Ass Wide Open. You need to order directly from Falcon to get the uncensored version. It sounds like they do ship to Canada, but I'm not sure if they ship uncensored versions internationally.

There's also Raging Stallion, who came out with a DVD called FistPack: Extreme Penetration. I couldn't find anything on their site on whether they ship to Canada or not.
