Man, that's a hard question to answer. That's like walking into a car forum and asking "What's the best car? Mileage and number of cupholders don't matter." That's great but do you like sportscars? SUVs? Minivans? Two door or four door? Along that line, do you like many scenes or just a few well-shot ones? Does cinemetography matter to you? Do you want lots of extra content or lots of running time? High production values or just lots of different people getting it on? The list goes on...
Still, it would be kinda frustrating to have to sit through my post here without actually getting a recommendation. A good one to start with is Flashpoint. But... I really recommend hitting the "home" link at the top of the page, and scroll down to the section that lists the AVN awards. Pick the one that appeals the most to you.
As for international delivery... I'm afraid I'm not sure. But if you check out the top of your screen, there are about five different online vendors to choose from. I have used DiVaDee myself and am quite impressed with them. I recommend contacting any of the customer service personnel for the vendors until you find one that delivers to your door.
