Now with all the internmingling and then there will be intermingling by those already intermingled. So we will get girls that are imposssible to describe their racial background. It also refers to those whose ethnic roots are from those countries (like many US citizens, for example). It does not include Spain, Italy or Portugal, which some people sometimes throw into the mix. It does include Brazil. "Hispanic" refers to those from Spanish-speaking countries in the Western Hemisphere. This would thus be the same countries as above, excluding Brazil. It similarly does not include Spain. So Brazilians are Latino, but they are not Hispanic.
