As far as the degredation aspects... I think it's just a really tricky issue. I like degredation to a certain degree. I like domination/submission. I just don't like degredation when it's not part of the "act". I love it when the girl is represented as a slut and does her part in front of the camera to act like one within the context of the fantasy being presented. I HATE it when the girl is being called a worthless whore by the director behind the camera during the pre-scene interview or in the behind the scenes, where we are supposedly watching something authentic, even if it isn't.

To me the difference between these two scenerios is bloody obvious... to others it isn't. And it's not the easiest thing in the world to explain without using some of Walter's fancy-dancy language and concepts. The short of it is, I love the girls in porn, and I respect them as women, and as people who are good at their job. And I love them even more when they aren't afraid to engage in some power games for the benefit of their audience. It's the fans and pornographers who don't seem to understand or care where that line is drawn that I have a problem with.

ANYway... just wanted to explain myself a bit more. I don't remember seeing anything in a Rocco video--or any Evil Angel video while I'm at it--(aside from some choking) that I objected to on a personal moral level. Everyone has their boundries, and I respect that, and the above just happen to be mine, I suppose.

As far as suggestions... I'm afraid I won't be much help, but the earlier Animal Trainers are generally more "nasty" as Rocco might say than the later ones, with the occsional single scene exceptions here and there. #4 is by far the best in my opinion, but you've already seen that. #5 also has nice things to offer, as do the first 3 in their own way.

Joey Silvera's Service Animals series also has some extremely "filthy" stuff that's reminiscent of Rocco's early work--albeit with a much different Joey-vibe about it. Service Animals #10 comes immiediately to mind, along with Lauren Phoenix's scene in Service Animals #15 (a movie which has the added bonus of a femdom female to male strap on scene with Alexis Malone).

Alright, enough of my long-winded, hypocritical tripe. I should have quit while I was ahead. :)

1, 3 & 5 all have good stuff, even great stuff ... but after 5 the series goes downhill, as far as I'm concerned.

Munkey, I strongly suggest Animal Trainer 4 to start with, basically 'cause thats what I started with and I'm hooked. Of course, you'd have to be into really raw sex (Rocco style, if you're familiar with it). But as the guys here suggested, all the AT series from #1 to #5 is good. The series doesn't follow a story, in case you're wondering. So feel free to start anywhere!

Rocco's fans love him for the intensity and visual appeal of his scenes, and for the fetish-oriented content and intense anal sex. Generally, Rocco's style is not so predictable as that of many other great directors. Scenes often go off in a different direction from what you might expect. All of a sudden, scenes pick up intensity, a very rough sequence is thrown in, or a special fetish is introduced.

While other directors make great series that rather strictly adhere to a specific theme (No Cum Dodging Allowed, A2M Machine, I Love It Rough, etc), Rocco's Animal Trainer series is more varied. In #4 of the series, the first scene has some incredible deepthroating, which you could never have predicted when the scene was introduced, just to give an example.

As for which you should start with, I agree with Skronker; #s 1-5 are the best of the series. Number 4 is the best.
