A guy banging several ladies senseless and cumming four times probably doesn't happen much in real life. And that's why such a scene is so interesting and exciting to watch. The most entertaining movies are those that show something extraordinary. And the sex doesn't have to be completely real. It only needs to look real for the viewer.
