Fleshlights are typically ranked very high. They're also affordable, at around $50 or so.

Dolls are iffy. It depends a lot on what you want and how much you want to spend. Most people I know who really like dolls like the doll aspect more than the sex aspect. They're dolls you have sex with, not sex toys.
