Bunch of sellers selling they're stuff at pretty reasonable prices and they're graded through feedback left by buyers. Used and New DVDs offered from people just selling their privately owned stuff as well as retailers who deal with distributors or are distributors themselves. There are so many sellers that 95% of the new stuff that comes out ends up there being sold by someone.
Some sellers are super great and so fast and reliable I know the day the DVD will show up. Some are a bit slower. It really depends how far the DVD has to travel. I live on the West coast and try to mostly go with sellers from Cali or on the West coast. I've only been burned a couple of times. Mostly dealing with a private seller who's only selling a handful of stuff. Most of the retailers will send you a replacement if it's defective or never shows up.
I also shop at EXCALIBUR.COM from time to time. Sometimes they have good deals but sometimes you have to wait for them to get some DVDs from their supplier. Usually 2-4 days but sometimes it can be up to a month or more. They have a "check inventory" button that tells you how long you might have to wait if it isn't in stock. But they do have lots of stuff in stock and those go out right away.
