In one of the earlier 'Private Magazine' videos, probably somewhere between vols. 2 and 5.

That seems right. The credits list her work in Private Magazine 2 and 3. Are these still available anywhere?

You might try looking in the Lust Treasures series. Some of those go back to the earliest days of the Private Video Magazine series.
