Now they are simply warning you that violations of this will result in not only loosing your account (which they stated before) but also fines AND proscecution. Also on their list of no-no's are, of all things, using PayPal to pay for batteries. Yes, batteries. Due to the fact that their are EPA concerns regarding lead and other contents in them. PayPal has a huge list of "you can't use PayPal for..." it's just now that they are going to do more to you than simply slap your hand if you use them for things that they don't want the government investigating them for. They want to protect themselves by disallowing usage of it's service for things it deems are "vice" related, correctly or incorrectly. PayPal is bad both as an honest buyer and honest seller (you can get screwed WAY TO EASILY by being honest) and is a beacon for the fraudulent buyers. http://www.paypalwarning.com http://www.nopaypal.com

To my amazement they gave me my money after about 3 weeks! However, if i want to accept credit card payments i need to find a new adult processor. The going rate seems to be about 13% to 15%!!! I know it's adult but that seems alot when i'm selling a physical product and not memberships or downloads (notorious for chargebacks). If anyone knows a cheap adult processor i'd love to know.
