Now that the order is processed, I get a message on three of the DVDs that they are no longer buying these particular titles back. Why not say this in the first place? The order was fine when I sent it, and your system allowed me to add these titles when I sent in my DVDs just a few days ago. The real drag here is that now I have to pay the 99 cent shipping charge per title for these to be sent back to me. Of course I never would have sent these 3 dvds in had I known they were not going to buy them. I'm hoping Empire Man can explain what's going on with this policy. [Link] |
