I have NOT seen "ASS EVERYWHERE 2", but I have examined video box cover and screencaps at the AdultDVDEmpire website and in my opinion it is NOT the same individual. The "Bianca" in this movie has larger eyes, flatter upturned nose, crooked upper front teeth, straight blonde medium-lenth hair, higher cheek bones, stockier build, totally different appearance, younger looking, and I detected a tattoo on right lower leg.
There are, as you would imagine, quite a few Biancas in the IAFD database. I have examined headshots of the Biancas listed in IAFD and the one that comes very close, if not dead on, is THIS Bianca:

According to the description noted in her filmography, this Bianca is Brazilian, which seems to support the looks of the Bianca in the movie, and has the following tattoos: "Left shoulder blade; right side of neck". From the screencaps available at the AdultDVD Empire site I could not properly see the tatto on her left shoulder blade, but there is a very clear screencap showing an odd tattoo on the right side of her neck.
