Mike South had the story first, but took it down after it became clear who the initially unrecognized person was. I wasn't there, and I don't know if it's true, so I'm not mentioning any names. I want to say this in a sympathetic way and not with malice, but I saw the star in question on Thursday and she just looked like hell. I hope things will start going better for her. [Link]

I think the real problem is that these are 20-something year olds (or in many cases less!) that all of a sudden have tons of disposable income, and not to mention tons of guys that want in their pants. Both of those things are going lead to drug use for a lot of people. (No, not everyone, there are lots of ladies that have their heads on straight I'm sure, but lots that don't). [Link]

Very beautiful, but you wouldn't think so by seeing her today. My "problem" with the article, the media and some people outside of the industry, is that they fail to remember or realize that drug use and abuse is NOT just linked to the porn industry. NOT ALL PORN PEOPLE DO DRUGS! It's a sad thing for Chasey, but let's not allow her to give all of porn a bad name! Let's take a look at Hollywood in general...how many mainstream actors are running around out there with terrible abuse problems (whether it be drugs or alchohol). We hear about "SOME" of it, not all of it, Nor do the P.R. people want the public to hear about it. Why not blame SAG for everyone's drug problems???? Same thing as AVN or Vivid covering for Chasey! Maybe they are standing by her? Ever think of that angle? Chasey has been doing drugs for years...even when she so called "quit" the biz. Drugs were in her life long before porn ever was... In fact, I never understood why, with her looks, she could not cross over at least into B movies. I fantasised about her a lot when she was a star, and so it is really sad to hear about her decline. I wonder what caused it. I read somewhere that she became pregnant (not sure by who) and got heavy into serious drugs. On the other hand, I don't feel sorry for her, because SHE is in control of her life. If having her son Thomas taken away from her (because of her substance abuse) wasn't enough for her to stop the drugging, at this point, she should have the title, "Chasey Lain, Addict." However, Chasey vehemently denied on the AVN site that she overdosed, and she's right; we should take her word for it until some sort of hospital or police records are produced. Still, we all know that Chasey has a history with drugs. I dread the day where we hear that she has died. God, even thinking about it sends chills down my spine, that would be just horrible. I would be very sad if that day ever came. God DAMN, Chasey was the shit, and that was just a few years ago. Chasey was (to me) THE most beautiful woman to ever, ever do hardcore films. My God, this woman in Lethal Affairs? Chasey was beyond drop-dead gorgeous in this flick. And, the opening sequence of Chasey Revealed still makes me hard, all these years later. Plus, she looked stunning in her scene with Charlie in Chasin' Pink 1. If you've watched the trailer on AVN for Chasey's newest film, Chasey Meets Krystal, it looks pretty hot. I LOVE outdoor scenes! Chasey's finally back, and I couldn't be happier. And, I think she looked HOT in the trailer. No matter what problems she may have personally, Chasey Lainis still a huge name in the porn biz.
