I found this part especially interesting: "I'm so angry that porn is so loved, and I'm so angry at myself for thinking that it was OK. The way that vaginas look in porn is fucking crazy. No vaginas look like that. Women's bodies don't look like that. We don't come like that.it's how so many people think they're supposed to learn."
It sounds like she's a little insecure which is normal for a girl her age but to jump in and have a go at the porn industry in general. I think it's unfair.
Anyway to get to the point. I've seen so many "vaginas", I think she means vulvas, in porn. Of all sorts and shapes and I find it a little strange the common consensus, or at least hers, is stil that it has to be fake.
Is there a list of popular pornstars who had their lips done?
I also found her comments, especially her 'vagina' comments, to be odd, although she is welcome to hold whatever opinion she likes. My guess is that she is criticizing waxing/shaving pubic hair and grooming generally down and around the labia. Otherwise, I have no idea what is upsetting her. 30 years ago, I knew a German guy who argued that the American custom of women shaving their legs and armpit hair was "fascist." I disagreed with that, too. It may relate to what Billie Eilish is on about: perhaps she feels that women grooming their pubic hair is somehow the "oppression" of women by men?

So satisfying seeing Billie schooled by these lovely women.
Honestly I think Billie need not be insecure about her body image - she's beautiful too (and I like her music). She is only 19 and I hope she learns to appreciate her body and takes a more sex positive stance in the future.
A bit of a myth is that a porn pussy is a slit with no visible inner lips. I assume that is what she's talking about.
In porn however we see all kinds of vulvas, and for the better. The biggest appeal is that each one is unique. No man is ever going to say "no, thanks" unless it's unhealthy looking. Large labia is sexy and a turn on for a lot of men.

What does she even mean vaginas don't look like that?
Does she think porn companies only hire women with special pussies?
The pussies I've seen in real life look like the pussies I've seen in porn, with the normal individual variance.

Someone barely old enough to vote has an opinion...? Yeah, I could care less.
Lol Billie Eilish has a music video full of twerking action.. I love when bad influences tryna talk about other bad influences. All her sad songs and shit too.. aren't like all her fans depressed lol. And she just keeps them in that place.
But the real meme is what she said about the pussies.. what she thinks all girls don't shave or something? Wtf lmao
How many vulvas did she see outside of porn? How many vulvas did see the one telling her about "porn vaginas" ?
Unless they're gynecologists they cannot have seen that many vulvas in real life, not even if they were all lesbian , I mean she can't have fucked this many girls already
Billie Eilish like all hollywood stars is a hypocrite, in one way everything she does is sexualized and then she talks about the "bad sex" of porn... Its like Robert DeNiro saying shit about guns and he made is career using guns on screen, I really dont like hollyood and big stars morality, F them big time!

Great thread. And like I said, with all these great women calling Billie out I don't think I need to say anything. I can't find many images where Billie is donning bikini I hope she can first develop that confidence before people can realistically ask her to be appreciative of other women.
I have so much respect for pornstars they are the angels of this world and can definitely help bust myths. The female body, sexuality and the need for thorough sex education are hot topics. Maybe porn should also be discussed at school at age 12. I know my teacher never spoke a word about porn and sure if you explore you find sex that doesn't look like your average "boring" sex. That doesn't mean that anything others do is bad or wrong or impossible for women to enjoy (calling it abusive sex). Weird as it is how a vulva looks is also a huge mystery, even for owners of one (Billie Eilish). At school we also never talked about different shapes and sizes. We only had a drawn image of a spread vulva with some labeled spots and their function. Only in the last decade or so there have been books with photographs of dozens of different vulvas to teach that they come in many ways, and that's ok. I know I would've liked access to such a book in my time haha.

What Alizee said above. Oh and I am loving the response from adult movie stars.
To her credit, Billie has been vocal about her insecurities.
Billie Eilish revealed in a new interview that her struggles with body image are the result of not feeling "desired" by past partners. "Here's a bomb for you: I have never felt desired. My past boyfriends never made me feel desired. None of them," Eilish told British GQ. "It's a big thing in my life that I feel I have never been physically desired by somebody," she added. Eilish has said before that she hides her body with clothing to avoid judgment from fans and onlookers, but told British GQ that sometimes she feels "trapped." "Sometimes I dress like a boy. Sometimes I dress like a swaggy girl. And sometimes I feel trapped by this persona that I have created, because sometimes I think people view me not as a woman," she said.
MOD: There is always that one person who goes into a thread with reasonable discussions just to take a shit on someone's looks. And you are that person.
Just another vapid celebrity shooting her mouth off promoting her album etc & trying to appeal to the woke/cancel brigade. She also just said that she nearly died of Covid & the vaccine saved her life. Yet the article clearly states she just felt like crap & makes no mention of being in hospital on oxygen or a respirator-so a lie for attention basically. Also much bigger people in life have gone after porn such as the Reagan's & it is still here.
One of the more known cases in recent times where 'the industry' dealt with a performer online ended up with the August Ames incident. So this vague threat is not the best way to go about things.

Watching porn to learn about sex ed is like watching a Steven Seagal movie to learn about the martial arts or watching a WWE match to learn how to fall off a 20 ft ladder. I started watching porn at 16; it didn't warp my brain or completely fuck up my ability to perform in relationships or anything like that. About the most I honestly gathered from watching Randy West and Ed Powers in my early days were a few clues on how to properly eat pussy, that's about it LOL.
^ Well we can always try showing our dick to a random hot woman or even better to break and enter in a house and show our dick to a hot woman bathroom while she's having a shower , that would surely do!
I'm probably in the minority here, but I don't think Billie deserves the amount of hate or vitriol that she is getting from the industry.
Whether you agree with her or not, she is a 19 year old girl, it isn't as if she is actively destroying the industry with her comments. Plenty of people in Hollywood are anti-porn, yet I don't know why the industry chose to gang up Billie out of all people. Kind of seems petty honestly.

Maybe the people in the industry are sick of celebrities blaming their fucked up lives and relationships on porn. Billie is 19 but she's smart, she did this for cheap clicks. She said this on the Howard Stern show, a man that has had pornstars on his show and I believe is married to an ex-stripper. I'm not buying it. It's not like pornstars haven't been calling out people in Hollywood. Just a couple of months ago, Jada Pinkett and Gwyneth Paltrow were called out by the industry for saying the same thing. Porn stars are sick of being treated like shit and dumped on by Hollywood and celebrities. When they're actually worse on young women's self of esteem and body image. Hollywood also has a long history of abuse, sexual assault, and drug abuse by directors, producers, and actors. So, really they can shut the fuck up.
Sorry, but those dead eyes ( don't think I've ever seen anyone with less life in their eyes ) aren't from watching porn. As she has said, famous people are nobodies. Yet, because she has followers, she thinks her comments carry weight. Most likely, she is trying to stay relevant, has a project in the works.

Do you know what age I was when I first saw porn? Around 9 years old, I got into my uncle's porn mag collection and watch Devil Miss Jones 3 when my dad thought I was sleeping. This was the 80's , no internet or anything. Do you know what I also was watching at that age too? Video Nasty horror movies, stuff like I spit on your grave, Evil Dead, Faces of Death, and Hills have eyes. Which one do you think did more damage? The playboy mags and 80's porn or violent movies. What really fucked me up sexually was getting molested at the age of 6. It's not the industry's job to parent, teach kids about sex or show parents how to put child safety locks on their computer. Kids are Kids, they will find porn. It's the parent's job to stop them and talk to them about sex. Porn is only free because you don't pay for it. Even without pornhub, xhamster, etc. you still have torrent sites you can download porn illegally, just like movies.

You watching porn at 6 doesn't mean porn producers should make porn free and easy for kids to get access to.

What? I said I was molested at 6 and watched porn at 9. How I'm enabling or saying it should be easier for kids to watch porn? I said it's the parent's job to make sure kids don't watch porn, not the industry. I also love how you ignored 90% of what I said.

Because that wasn't related to what I was talking about. My point was that these sites shouldn't be free and open where kids can easily access them. I thought you were trying to deflect from that point with the comment about the parents and how young you were when you discovered porn. My apologies.
Are tube sites illegal? I'm not so sure when you see pornstars promoting them. For example pornhub. Either way I think they can do more to keep minors out like using the .xxx domain, making sure their site is not indexed on search engines. I bet 95% of people only visit these sites and never subscribe to anything. I wouldn't mind at all to see those sites disappear.

Wouldn't having sites not searchable in search engines hurt the porn industry? So, I wouldn't do that Again, it's the parent's job to keep porn out of kids' sight. Yes, the industry should do everything to make it harder but still.
Something is only illegal when the government will do something to stop it. Pornhub/Manwin/Mindgeek was using stolen content to get views on their site and since no one was stopping stopping them, companies had to agree to partner with them or still see their content on Pornhub anyway while getting NOTHING for it. That's how the company that owns Pornhub was able to amass the money and staying power to buy the biggest part of the studio porn industry. And I think you are right; the vast majority of people watching pornhub aren't looking to buy anything from any site. It would be absolutely great for Pornhub (and others like it) to go away and hopefully that'll be soon. Of course, in the immediate aftermath of such a thing, some performers would freak because that site allows a lot of exposure (because everyone of all ages know to go to pornhub for free and easy content), but that would be for the best in the long run.
I don't think these sites should be eliminated from search engines, as that would make it hard for the adults to find what they want, but all of these sites could require a card on file before showing content. It's just a matter of will.

No shit, I'm not saying everybody in porn (man or woman) is doing it because they feel some type of empowerment. I know the main motivation for a lot of them is money. But I don't see why anybody would choose to do and stay in porn just for money alone. Pornstars aren't stupid Why do porn? You're outcasted, treated like a victim or predator, your family and friends will find out and treat you differently and shame you, you can't find a normal job after leaving porn without worrying about somebody ratting you out for doing porn, and how will you tell you're future husband/wife or kids about your porn past, etc. So, I feel it can't be money alone and some people just love having sex with a lot of people. So, why not get paid to do it. Some do it just for money and some also feel empowerment doing it. I think most do it for both. The ones that last in the business do. I don't feel doing porn or sex work is something any adult should be ashamed of. It's a job, just like any job. I always had the utmost respect for people who make porn and do sex work. If I had the dick and balls I would do it because I really don't give a shit about what society thinks of me. most people in this world are hypocritical pieces of shit anyway. Sorry, But the way you look at it, just makes it sound bleak and sad.
Edit: But really we don't know why most pornstars decide to do porn. So, maybe we should stop trying to guess why and listen to them.
