After using a Trojan (sexual emergency - had to run to the convenient store,) I did some research on condoms. This is almost as confusing as the silicone issue :) I checked out a bunch of stores and ended up finding the most info at Safe Sense. Personally, I prefer to shop at a site with a more standard store design and easier navigation. But their condom selection and info is extensive. Ordering was very easy and I have received a confirmation email. I'll let you know when I receive the package if they ship quickly (supposedly it's same day shipping.) What I really liked about the site was that on the order form they explain that they give a portion of proceeds to charity. What's even better is you get to pick the charity. I feel I owe a lot to Planned Parenthood - Planned Parenthood helped me thru many a period of no insurance. It was nice to be able to give a little back. I ended up buying a wide variety. (I think when he does, it's more an insurance, or male force of habit thing.) Pre-Boo, it was not an issue, as typically my partners did not have penises, on the rare occasion they did, it was "wrap it or forget it" but simply for health, rather than pregnancy concerns. I agree Steph, PP is a wonderful resource for all womyn and all aspects of their sexual health. I wish you luck hun, that can be a challenge. Keep us posted...

Bubba - i think i agree with your report (but i have to match up which package went with which adventure :) the one thing i have learned is that condoms truly lead to safer sex (ie when forced to use condoms suddenly you have a lot more oral sex ;) [Link] |
