I'm not sure what's the most bizarre thing, I have seen too many things to pick out the most bizarre. Perhaps the most bizarre/extreme thing I saw was something about genitial mutilation, it was sick as hell and not sure it could even be considered porn but it's out there including the people who are sick enough to do it.
