Obviously the vast majority of porn is staqed, and even "first time shoots" are clearly staged and bullshit.
for example, I think the first time shoots at casting couch X are bullshit, but the first time shoots at exploited college girls are believable. Main difference to me is on casting couch X most girls go on to do a lot, but on ECG, few go on to shoot a lot of content. And when they do, ECG kinda promotes that.
I really love ECG, and checked out thier partner site, Black ambush. Often its the same girls, which they just say, which makes me believe it is more real, and these really are the first shoots.
Anyway, the obvious premise of BA is the girls dont know they are doing IR. Its always the same male guy, and the girl often act a little taken aback, and give the same excuse for why so "afraid of size".
They of course relent and have sex.
So the fact that the usually have the same exact reaction has made me wonder, and its really a stupid thing for them to say as they know they are doing porn, so its gonna be a big dick.
Also, they had some scenes where there was a different guy, and it was a totally staged thing, the dude came in to "fix the phone".
Not every man in porn (not even every black guy doing interracial) is well-endowed so right away there's a false narrative you're putting forward implying it's a given that it's going to be a big dick.
BMWF porn is often awash with racial stereotypes of black fellas being endowed, good at pleasing a woman and of the itty bitty white girls being awed by the size of his member and seduced by so it's hardly a stupid thing as you put it to give the reaction. It's called playing to the camera because they're "affirming" racial stereotypes with soundbites remarking how big the stud's penis is or saying she doesn't know if she can take it.

Take it easy dude. Don't take porn so seriously. Porn is only a fantasy play - in exchange for money - of scenarios that are very rare or unlikely to happen in the real world.
There's a posting on Complaintsboard.com from a woman who claims she was one of the porn chicks on the site. She's says it's real and she puts the site on blast, writing that feels that she was lied to.
Here's a link to her posting with some comments speculating to who she is.
^^ That's clearly fake and most likely the BlackAmbush people posting it. The big red flag is saying she went to Craigslist instead of just going on social media and contacting agencies/studios/directors through either their sites or DM.
^ Yeah, I call bullshit too. In today's world, I'd have thought Craigslist is the reserve of amateur pornographers and "private collectors".I know there are studios and agencies in trouble for shitty practices but would why you even think there's an "if" about it being an act? Perhaps I put too much faith in some people but you'd have to be pretty stupid to record a fraudulent act. Again, I'm probably being very naive expecting a studio to do the right thing but I would surely have thought the female cast would know who she's working with before filming and be aware of the stud having a clean STD test result.

I'm sort of a fan of this site but I really hope there aren't any actual shady practices involved with the models. I've always assumed it was all staged and I hope I've been right about that.
On a side note, does anyone know anything about the model "Ivy" from the update on 3/30/19?
In the bit of work I've done, I found that I need to strategize to keep 'emotional realism' in certain types of scenes/vignettes. In something like Black Ambush, if I were doing it, I might discuss with the performer what types of scenes they're willing to do, and I'd ask them if they were willing to do a 'surprise' scene---within certain parameters that we agree to. I imagine what they do at Black Ambush might be similar. The reactions are going to vary. Some performers might guess in advance and act surprised, like a surprise party that was a little too obvious. I also imagine some performers might be genuinely surprised, maybe for better or maybe for worse. But there's nothing inherently unethical, at least in the way I'd do it (which is the way I know some others do it). Speculating on what was happening or discussed off-camera is sometimes half the fun of casting type scenes.
The first two, three years or so of BA managed to get some realism, even some incredible scenes in fact, but since they paired with ECG and use mainly pretty boy to make their scenes, it's just another porn site, nothing special anymore :(

I think with Layla specifically, it was a both/and situation. Knowing some of the tricks with BRCC/ExCogi guys have pulled in the past (e.g. Not telling Danielle in her ExCogi scene it was an anal scene until she arrived on set so she had no time to prep- source: POV extended cut of her scene where director admits it) I would say they very intentionally gave Layla as few details as possible.
You can clearly tell she had no idea any anal at all was happening, and you can clearly tell she was grossed out by the set... and you can clearly tell she was not aware the talent had a massive cock.
Unless you think this one and done model who is borderline disassociating during the scene is an Oscar Winner, you are confronted with the fact that they want to shock and surprise and degrade the talent because it adds dynamic value to the scene in their mind.
No moral judgement here, but I think that is a very unsafe and unsunstainable way to shoot porn.
See Ryan Maddison, See James Dean, See PornDudeCasting, See GirlsDoPorn, See Insex, See Bakky. See Steve Sweet. See Khan Tusion. The industry is not above this type of thing at various levels from mild trickery to full on S.A.
To be clear, i don't think anyone was SA'd or lied to on the B-Ambush sets early on, but they clearly did Ambush them ala leaving out details on purpose. In my mind this is why they sold their product to a larger network and it is not anything like the early days.
Backroom Casting Couch, Exploited College Girls, etc, models are all tested before arriving to do the scene. As far as Black Ambush, I had a date and conversation with Brianna Anderson before CoVid ( arranged through her Twitter ). Her Black Ambush scene was totally a surprise to her. She knew she was going to do a scene but she's didn't know it was going to be a black guy. She had never been with a black guy or somebody that big before that scene.

They are counting on them not speaking up or not "being difficult".
I get maybe doing this to a seasoned vet who agrees to be surprised but yeah this site at the start really was on the line of the GDP stuff.
Not having complete and fully informed consent to include knowing it was an IR/Big Dick scene beforehand is very dubious at best.
And they almost exclusively did it with newbs.
They sold the site pretty quickly so one can speculate that they were getting unwanted attention.
