Putting the focus on race aside, I think the first step is to remove the fear or reluctance from releasing this niche of porn in general, particularly in American porn. Websites like PissMops and YellowDiscipline, which did include a diversity of girls, have been removed from existence due to fears of possible prosecutorial attacks, despite the fact that the content is not illegal. Since Max Hardcore was, to my knowledge, the only well-known American pornographer still including M-->F golden showers in his movies, the fact that he has been convicted for obscenity is not exactly going to encourage many other pornographers to start doing it. Had he been acquitted, or if he wins on appeal, it might be a different story. So, the first thing that has to happen is for pornographers to be willing or daring enough to produce and release this niche of porn at all without fears of being scapegoated by anti-porn factions. When there are pornographers ready to start making and releasing this niche again period, perhaps then we can argue over the race of the girls doing it. But right now, I would just like to see anybody other than just Max Hardcore releasing it, which probably won't happen until at least the political climate in this country changes.
well, its pretty common among white girls even in the US produced films. Often only avalbile on the internet though. Like there seems to be a lot of golden showers and so on going on in filming but they are not on the dvds. Most were never put on DVD's. I saw them mostly on the Web. Unlike video and DVD, the Internet allows more freedom in what type of content can be posted there since legal content on the Internet is immune from charges of obscenity. But with things being the way they are with one pornographer after another being prosecuted, many pornographers don't even want to take their chances with the Web anymore.That's likely old stuff that was produced before the government started turning up the heat on porn. I think some companies just went ahead and kept up the stuff that they had already produced without adding any subsequent content. For example, sites like MeatHoles are still up on the Web, but you just don't see them updating anything new anymore. And even alot of their old stuff has been edited to remove anything "controversial."Which is exactly why all of pornography is at risk.

Although there's no law stating that pissing in porn is illegal, many of the comments on this forum make it apparent that there are many who still believe it is. Unfortunately, even just the mere suggestion of possible legal problems is enough to make pornographers not to want to touch it with a hundred-foot pole, regardless of how baseless and inaccurate the suggestion may be. I don't know why Pissing.com and other sites like YellowDiscipline and PissMops went defunct. It certainly isn't because what they were doing is illegal. The consensus seems to be that their content may make the producers more attractive to anti-porn prosecutors who may go after them for obscenity. But then, anything they produce can make them attractive to prosecutors. So I don't see why this one pissing fetish seems to cause so much fear in the hearts of pornographers. As we have seen from the popularity of the other websites that have since gone defunct, there is definitely an untapped market out there of many people who want to see this. I keep thinking that maybe I should pick up my camera, find some freaky girls who are into getting pissed on, and start my own pissing website. Hell, if nobody else wants to capitalize on it, then why shouldn't I?

I think the concern comes from places like Alabama, Mississippi, Utah and states like that. Since the federal government won't set clear standards, something that wouldn't draw a raised eyebrow in San Francisco or NYC, can get you jailed in federal prison if the complaint is made in Alabama or Oklahoma. How many people really think that Max would be in jail today if his trial had been in New York or California? Until there's a real equal standard, I can see why producers would be reluctant to risk their freedom over a pee shot. BTW...I like pee. XO Mindee

This is both a good and a bad thing. It is good because the lack of clearly defined standards allows pornography to explore all types of fetishes and niches, including piss, as long as they involve consensual adults. Whether or not pornographers actually do this is a different issue. After all, do we really want the government getting to decide what pornography can and cannot show? If we leave it to the government to compile a list of clearly defined standards, then the closest thing we'll have of porn might be reading erotic literature at Barnes & Noble. But on the other hand, it is also a bad thing because the absence of those clearly-defined standards does allow prosecutors to get to pick and choose what they will charge for obscenity, which goes to my point that anything in pornography is possibly open to prosecution. The best thing to do is to simply outlaw all obscenity laws pertaining to anything involving consensual adults. Another thing that I don't hear anyone ever talk about is the fact that on-line pornography is considered almost immune to prosecution, since the Web is global and is not restricted to any particular "community." Let's nto forget that Max wasn't prosecuted until he shipped actual videos somewhere, which is what the Feds needed to get him to do in order to successfully prosecute him. Had his content stayed only on the Web, I don't see how they could have gone after him. This is why I'm not understanding why all these websites are going defunct. If they were on movable media, like DVD, then maybe I could understand. But there hardly seems to be any risk for Web-only content.
