I have encountered no problems in Italy (Milan/Rome). I would go to Milan, Rome is kinda boring, and other smaller cities might look at a black man as a lost soul. Milan is more mondain! The party scene is better also. You know, do what I do wherever I come in the world, go to some local coffee shops (Milan, heck whole of Italy, is known for THE best made espresso's!), look for some gurls that are sort of eye phucking you, and go to their tables and give them some humorous conversation; you know the drill: that you're a foreigner, and here to party blablabla, and if they're interested in showing you tonight -or whenever- the nicest clubs. Make sure to get their numbers. 'Dam is a good city for a brotha, also. Italian girls are "touchable" during conversation dutch girls on the other hand, fuckkkkkkk, even if you get the targets so far that they like you, then they still can look at ya as if you're raping them once you touch them during fun conversations. Also, I found it pretty hard to do some street pick up in 'Dam, Milan is better in that department...gurls tend to be more open for "strangers", meaning ramdom people they don't know (yet). Also, keep in mind if you go to Milan then men as women are really well dressed, even the poor ones.....shittttt, I even saw some some bums wearing some dolce & gabbana t-shirts and versace sneakers. In 'Dam for instance a financial poor guy ( a backpacker type) can have more action when he still has got game; Milan not likely. Amsterdam especially, is a good city to party and pick up girls as a proud black man! The club scene in 'Dam is good, imo. 'Dam has this multicultural thang going on; lots of "minorities" from Suriname and the dutch antilles. Especially a foreigner has a special edge! Are you trying to pick up white girls or sistas? Are you alone or do you have some friends/family members going with ya? Is this a "mixed" group? Are there lady friends going with you? Can make a big difference. But anyways, you know, it's kinda boring to say this, but as for Italy and Amsterdam skin color really doesnt play a big role: game, clean appearance, great style, does. If you can afford partying with the big dogs in the freshest clubs, and if your young and handsome, if you somewhat speak the language (in Italy, in 'Dam it hardly makes no different) then that's a plus 2. And don't come here all dressed up like a real G, dressed like 50 cents or snoopy doggy dogg, and dont wear no shorts, sandals, slippers, USA/ team sports clothing, no baseball cap (kangol is okay). No big ass camera around your neck, only if your planning to shoot something cultural or if you make some porn pix with the lucky ladies in your hotel room; (keep a point & shooter in your pocket whilst charming them ladies, trust me!). Oh, and dont be quick disappointed if a lady turns you down; it could have to do with your skin color, but so what, fuck them, there are plenty fish in the sea. I can tell you about more about germany, (eastern) European countries and Russia, Latin america and asia. But that's too much 411 for your question. But, I wouldnt go to those (eastern) european countries, L.A.;some Asian countries, also prolly not the best idea, unless you have ALL the plusses mentioned above, of course. The chances that you'll get weird looks from locals are high. Try to combine traveling to the larger cities of eastern european countries with a business purpose. As a (black) tourist in those countries or in Moscow? I think you will be very disappointed!
