Not being from the US I can't really understand these issues - things seem to be a little different than they are in here Europe. (Which is absolutely not to say that racism doesn't exist here or exists to a lesser degree, just that the social and historical circumstances are very different.) I know what I'd like to see though: well-made porn that's all about white guys fucking black women, the latter being treated for what they are, namely beautiful women and not "ghetto bitches" or something demeaning like that. This type of porn hardly exists though. I guess there is not enough of a market for it?

Come now. The statement I find all women attractive, except "Black women" isn't expressing a preference.
The announcement seems to be saying something more, a statement of status maybe?
A declaration solidarity perhaps, thereby including the speaker an "in group".
Read Picman's post in this thread.
To compare Having sex with a man or watching gay porn to sex or watching a movie featuring Black women is insulting, and dishonest.

Angel Kelly was a porn performer. The others you listed were "mainstream" entertainers, except for the infamous Jayne Kennedy sex video. Other black female pornsters I can immediately recall from that era are:
Janet Jacme
Dominique Simone
Ebony Ayes
Golden Jade
Vanessa Del Rio defies racial classification, she is just HEAT.
If a man doesn't find VDR attractive, it's time to call the undertaker.
I'm sure there are more, and I'm sure there are other threads on the topic. This thread is struggling to stay on focus as it is. No need to indulge the off-topic. imho

But you make it sound as if it was their decision. Its the producers of these whtie films that are not BOOKING them. Either they don't have the right look, or they don't have the reputations as great performers like Marie Luv or Jada Fire.
Trust me, if there was more work for black girls outside of the niche black-on-black market, they would take it.
The white guy/black girl niche needs to grow, I agree. But again, I will bring up something I have talked about in the past. This is all about the market.
White males are the chief consumers of pornography. Marketing and productions are slanted towards their desires. In general, white guys don't seem as "into" black girls as other racial groups. And furthermore, those that DO like black girls usually want to see them performing with white male performers.
So where is the work for black girls? Not in the mainstream, for the most part. It lies in the two niches: Black on Black and White Girl/Black Guy specific flicks. Very rarely do you see black performers in overall "white" productions as just 'one of the girls'. When it does happen, its usually a big superstar like Marie Luv, Jada Fire, or Mariah Milano.

While it's easy and fashionable to blame producers for the dearth of black women in videos targeted to a predominantly white market, maybe we should be taking a closer look at ourselves. The end user. The consumer. If directors perceive the audience as being separatist, it takes guts to put something in their productions that might alienate potential buyers. Taking even more nerve would be using a black on black scene in an otherwise white leaning video. Outside of Lexington Steele, the last director I can remember doing it was Jewel DeNyle in Size Queens 2. The vocal attitudes that inspired the creation of this thread validate the industry's reticence to present black women in anything but tightly niched productions.

Things changed a lot for me when I finally fucked a black girl. Three of them last year: one from Brazil, one from the Chicago South Side, one from here where I live.
Before that, well, I just had had very little contact with black women. I had one black friend in high school, no black friends in college, no black friends in grad school. Also, ever since I was a kid I thought that black women only dated black men. So, they were sorta another world, something I'd never partake in. I thought I'd never have sex with a black girl in my entire life. Thus, except for the super hot ones like Halle Barry, all the rest never really registered much on my radar screen.
Afterwards, especially after the young Chicago stripper girl, who came to my place like 8 times, I found myself checking out all kinds of black girls I saw, something I'd never done before. Once it became imaginable--and that is what porn is about, right?, that we imagine being with them--I suddenly was checking out all kinds of black girls on the campus where I work. After having seen them very, very, very up close, I now download a lot more different female black porn star scenes than before. Just cause I can recognize and relate to a lot of little things I experienced myself. I didn't really know that the color contrast of my dick in her mouth or pussy could be so erotic in itself, for instance.
Not sure that makes sense. And the same thing happened to me with Latinas too, btw.

As for "racism" vs "it's just my preference," I think one should consider: Every night, Chinese schoolgirls in China dream of a cute Chinese boy in their class. Every night in Saudia Arabia, they dream of an Arab boy. Every night in the Congo, they dream of a black boy. Every night in India, they dream of an Indian boy.
So, if you ask the girls in the Congo why they aren't dreaming about a Chinese boy, the answer of "it's just my preference" is bullshit. They're dreaming of a black boy 'cause it's a fricking BLACK country. The president, her family, wealthy business men, popular entertainers--they're all BLACK. And, though I've never been to the Congo, I'm guessing they mostly only see blacks on TV. The default sexy male is a black male.
This is why--and someone asked that here recently--there's no prominent male Asian porn stars in the US: We're too new to this country, so we're placed on the bottom of the latter in terms of masculinity/sexiness. And this is also why--as someone asked recently--China is not gonna be the next big market for US porn. If China ever legalizes porn, why the hell would they want to see white folks fucking?
Ours is a very multi-racial society, however. In California, at least, one is exposed to all sorts of races. So, to naively say: Oh, it's just my preference, seems to me to be very hard to accept as something not involving race. Though, see my post above.

We all judge one another on skin color, height, weight, status, bankroll, car, religion, you name it, we ALL size each other up based on our conception of what is normal or right in our mind. In the beginning we were all one,... BIG BANG, so pass the bowl, get me a beer, and just enjoy this time because someday.......this will ALL be gone....and no one is going to give a fuck. Open your mind. Peace+

+1 I had the same response after I finally had a relationship with a black girl. It lasted almost 2 years and completely switched me around. I am now primarily attracted to black women and most of my porn collection is black women. The color contrast of a white dick going into a black girl's mouth or pussy is incredibly hot.

What's the alternative? "Hey, I think you're pig ugly but I don't discriminate, so let's get it on!" Seriously, you think it's discriminatory for straight people not to be sexually attracted to others of the same gender. That's nature. For me it's mostly down to body type, I can like women who're black, brown or whatever if they have a body type I find attractive (e.g. Halle Berry in her younger days is someone I find very attractive looking). But it really doesn't change anything, 'cause then I'm just discriminating against those with the wrong body type instead so we're back to square one. Regardless we're stuck at square one, unless I'm ready to jump into bed with anyone no matter their physical appearance. Are you non-discriminating? What about e.g. old people? Women over 80? Would you hump grandma? By your own definition you're discriminating if not, I'm of a different opinion since I see discrimination as being about unequal rights and not who we wanna jump into bed with. To fuck me is definitely not a human right, to the relief of others as well as myself.

Like I said before... yes, people discriminate when it comes to sex. Some people discriminate against fat people, others against people of the same gender, others against blondes, brunettes, etc. I think we all understand this. The problem I (and many other people) have, is when people choose to discriminate based solely on race/ethnicity. It's called "racial discrimination". That's the issue with this thread, and that's the issue with the current state of porn.
Take the hottest white girl you can find that subject Y is attracted to, photoshop her skin tone and make her look black and now all of a sudden subject Y wants nothing to do with the girl. I think there's something wrong with that... don't you??

Right... there's no room for beautiful black girls in the white buyers porn market . I've heard it all before, and I'm not at all surprised that people think that. The person who's actually smart enough to realize the reality (and figure out how to capitalize on it) is gonna make a fortune.

I haven't read this whole thread, so I just going to admit that right up front. I personally won't make a declarative statement like I don't like black women, but I have on this board said that I'm not as attracted to black women. That doesn't mean I don't like any, but I am generally not as attracted as I am to other women I truly believe there are beautiful women of all races and even if I'm not always attracted to them, I can recognize beauty. Why don't I like them as much as other races? Who knows, I just don't find myself as viscerally moved by them. My tastes mostly run to white (my race), Latin, Persian and Indian. I like some Asian and some Black, just not as much.
Like what you like, but if your tastes are formed because of what other people will think, that's just stupid.

I love black women! And I'm a white male from the UK. Vanessa Blue, Kitten, Sydnee Capri, Diana DeVoe...Gorgeous and extremely sexy women. Most of the modern porn I watch is black as thankfully the directors always focus on the women. White gonzo style films are always nearly ruined by the male performers or director taking over scenes completely and literally telling the women how to give oral or what position to do it in. The female performers don't seem to have a say or are allowed to take the initiative when it comes to the sex. In nearly all the black themed movies I have, the emphasis is on the women and they all certainly know how to please a man and completely destroy them too!! I think the reason for this is maybe the directors know what the audience really wants to see - hot sexy women with a major sexual appetite who know how to get nasty! With the white gonzo features they seem to forget about the whole point of making the movie in the first place after the opening few minutes - usually after the opening teaser bits. It seems to be about the male performers hogging the screen and getting off. The only recent ones ive seen where its focused on women are the squirting films. I've always loved Lauren Phoenix but even some of her films are ruined by the camera's emphasis on the men. I buy the film to see Lauren and her fabulous arse! Although Ass Worship 5 is probably one of my all time favourites. I find it very difficult to get to the end her scene without getting too exhausted if you know what I mean? The other thing I love about black themed gonzo films is theres pretty much no spitting on the womens faces, no verbal abuse either. The performers come across as actually liking each other and want to fuck each others brains out rather than the usual macho white shit where they look like they hate each other. One of the reasons I rarely venture into gonzo stuff. I know Lauren Phoenix sometimes made these kind of rough films but they weren't ones I enjoyed that much because of this. Anyway, back to black - awesome! The more black ladies, the better!

People can't help what they are attracted to, so you shouldn't feel the need to apologize for it. Hopefully , someone is open to the idea that beauty is everywhere and isn't limited to a certain color, but again, if someone just isn't generally attracted to a particular race, they shouldn't have to apologize for it, but if the reason is due to societal pressure - that is stupid. As I said, I find myself generally less attracted to black women, but that does not mean that I am never attracted to them. There are many beautiful black woman and in fact, I've been very close to dating one. That didn't work out, but I was absolutely open to the possibilty.

The op, ntfighter, found it hard to believe that people could make such sweeping statements that they're just not attracted to black women. My problem with posts like that aren't with the sentiments. As stated many times in this thread, you like what you like, and not what's politically correct to appreciate. It's the context of most of these posts. There's a certain kind of poster who will respond to any and all threads no matter whether they have anything constructive or relevant to say about the subject. If you ask about a specific video or performer, they'll post that they don't know, as if asked personally about it. Start a thread about black women or black productions, and someone will post that he doesn't find black women attractive. In the former case it's annoying, the latter unnecessary and brutal. If a question is posed: Why don't you watch black porn?, then as an answer it's on topic, if not harsh. I still think it says something about what limitations people impose on themselves, but it's their lives, and as long as they're not acting out in a criminally racist fashion, I believe in live and let live.
btw Those Killergram girls are killin' me.

That's a totally reasonable view to have. In fact I'm sure everyone here has pretty much the same attitude about black (and other races) girls in porn regardless of them trying to come off looking like the "I love all black women because I'm so open minded..." type replies we're seeing here.
The names and pictures being posted here all mostly fall into a certain type of black woman with certain complexion, body type and facial features that's widely accepted as "beautiful". But unfortunately these women don't reflect all or probably not even the majority of black women in porn. Where are the chucky fat butt black girls I see in plenty of in all black porn? Why no mention of the thick lipped broad nose black women I see all the time? Why no pix of the darker skinned black women of porn? Where are the links to the many EVASIVE ANGELS and "black street ho" type box covers?
Even though there's a market for those girls and some people find those girls attractive they aren't the type of girls or movies that the majority of porn consumers find attractive or want to see. That includes many, if not all the posters posting in this thread.
So it's a complete waste of time defending personal tastes in this thread because "you like what you like" and quite frankly not all the girls in porn (black or any race/type) are good looking. And why would anyone waste their time looking at girls they don't consider goodlooking when there's plenty of goodlooking girls doing the same things as the not so goodlooking ones?
The only reason this discussion is going on as long as it has is because when it comes to blacks or minorities the people belonging to those minorities feel like they're somehow getting mistreated and white people insist on trying to show others how open-minded and liberal they are about minorities.

Draxx I am shocked. You don't find Black women attractive either?
I for one understand what you're saying. Why does porn present promote the kind of thick bodied, big bootied Black women that you do not find attractive. Why does it not show more Black women who are closer to mainstream accepted standards.
Most would agree that feminine beauty represented by the blue eyed blond and relentlessly presented by the media is the standard at least in U.S.A.
I like to think that heterosexual male following the biological imperative to produce as many offspring as possible could recognize a beauty where we finds it.
I object to what imho was a mean spirited description of feature shared by the majority of people self-identified as African American.
Edited wrong quote.

I just need to take a moment here.....ok you almost dated a Black women?.
Well I am suitably impressed that you even considered making such a radical departure from what is apparently the norm in your neck of the woods.
Picman in his first post predicted someone would make this statement. (Some of my best friends are...)

This thread is essentially about porn but certainly there are larger issues, dating, marriage, how does the apparent bias toward Black women operate in the general society and what is the impact socially, economically etc.
The blanket statement referenced in my original post, reflects a conscious choice. I as a heterosexual male am attracted to women. For the purpose of this post, I'm attracted to women who are slender and fair complected, but not to Black women who fit this description. The first is set in stone unchangeable, the latter is racially biased and more than likely based on a prejudiced (false) image that has been stretched to fit all Black women, and by extension all Black people.

Draxxx we do not find the same women sexy. The very women you find abhorrent, I think are sexy as hell.
Let just say that the women you named represent the entire range of black women. There are some who have stated they could not be attracted to either of them despite the difference between them. They reject all three based on their commonality . How can that be possible?
Whoppie would be a fun fuck. Halle is a clone. Oprah damn, I should be so lucky. Halle represent the "closer to white" black women that is acceptable to most who were born in the media age. I mentioned Lena Horne in my first post. Lena also possessed the kind of beauty that is consider attractive by most people, and that kind of beauty was the reason she didn't have the success an entertainer of her caliber deserved. The powers decided that if she were allowed exposure there would be a back lash from angry white women after catching their men drooling over a Black women. That belief or something like it seems to still be operant as evidence by the statement "I do not like black women". It's not I prefer white women over Black women.
Otoh you seem to be most angered by what you see as a conspiracy by the power in porn to promote what you see as the more unattractive black women. You seem to be sure that Halle, and white women in general are the standard to meet. Your way or no way, in that I think it just you.
Like the "Cat in the Hat" I do not like them in the rain, I do not like them from Spain, I do like them......

To an extent, it looks like both you and picman are just looking for someone to mis-step so that you can nail them for not liking this or that. That's fucking ridiculous. I didn't mention that experience so that I could be lauded - look at the white man, he's so liberal, he'll date a black woman. No, I mention it because it's a fact and the reason that I was interested in her was not due to race, it was the woman. It was my way of saying exactly what I'd already said, that there is beauty in every race and even if you don't always or even often find youself attracted to members of a certain race, you should acknowledge that there is beauty in every race and make the your decision based on particular person. The reason I said almost - well, not all things work out in life and after what looked to be a possibly relationship, I ended up not being around her after that, so nothing could be started. Oh, and my neck of the woods, I live in LA - so I'm hardly being liberal with this.
Does society unfairly malign black women? Sure, it does the same to lots of groups whether it is based on race, religion, body type, you name it. Are there reasons for it: sure. People are chiming in with their opinions and, of course, will base all of this on their personal viewpoints colored by the experiences of their lives, so don't bring in the card you're trying to call me on. Quit setting people up for a fall so that you can take them to task. If that's not you intention, well right now it's coming off that way.

I didn't take the time to read this entire thread, so forgive me if my post sounds repetitive.
I don't think there's anything immoral or offensive about a person stating their sexual preference. Whether it's a white woman saying she isn't attracted to black men, or a white man saying he isn't attracted to black women, or any other variation thereof. We don't choose what we're attracted to. If that were the case, many homosexuals would make their lives easier by choosing to be straight... and I'd choose to like fat chicks. We're forced to play the cards we're dealt and, for most of us, what excites us sexually is determined by a myriad of social forces and childhood experiences we have no control over... and that goes to the point of this thread.
If few men, black or white, are attracted to black women, it's most likely because there are so few sexualized images of black women in mainstream culture. And by the "mainstream", I mean primarily primetime network television, film, and advertising. Granted, in rap videos black women are depicted ONLY as sexual objects... but those images dont reach as wide an audience, and [hopefully!] don't reach very young viewers in their formative years. Those black women who we do see in the mainstream, are invariably portrayed as "strong, independent, self-reliant"... but never vulnerable, yearning, or sexy. Just try finding a passionate love scene between two black people on network tv. When and if that changes, I think we'll see a broadening in our tastes, and our concept of what "sexy" is.
Porn can't and shouldn't be blamed for any of that, and the industry has no obligation whatsoever to act as an advocate. The only thing porn can or should do, is make as many people as possible wanna drop their pants.

That's great. It's what people have been trying to point out to you all through this thread. Not everyone finds all the same women (or races)equally sexy or attractive. Just because they don't have your tastes or sensiblities it doesn't make them bad people or racist.
People have been telling you how it's possible but you refuse to accept it without labelling them or trying to tell them they're wrong for thinking the way they do.
I'm not the least bit "angered" about any of this on any level. If suddenly the porn that has the black women I don't find attractive becomes the new hot thing that would be fine with me. I'd simply continue to ignore it as I do now. Just as I ignore all the other porn that doesn't appeal to me. All the porn out there has a market, some may be bigger than others but every type of porn has it's fanbase. It's silly to think every porn ninche and every pornstar should appeal to me. If any woman in porn wants to be in porn and is able to make a living from it I think that's great because it's not an easy thing to do.
You asked a question in the beginning of this thread of why black women are viewed like they are by some people and how they're treated in porn. People have given very reasonable answers to why that is but you just dismiss them or tell them they're wrong.
The answer is pretty obvious. Like many of forms of media and entertainment porn's audience is made up of a majority of white males who's likes, tastes, and sensibilities have been geared to a certain ideal of what they consider "attractive". Like it or not much of that demographic doesn't find all black women attractive. Only a certain type of black woman tends to fit into that narrow view of what the [i[majority of that white demo considers attractive.
There's no big conspiracy to keep those women from becoming bigger stars. Their movies are right there on the shelves. If more of the porn audience wanted them no one is stopping them from getting them. If the sales of those movies went up don't think for a second that those girls wouldn't be more in demand. In certain outlets maybe they're big sellers but overall they don't seem to be thus that's why those movies and the girls that star in them aren't bigger names.
You can ask "but why?" til the cows come home but that doesn't change anything. If you or anyone else likes certain girls then buy and support their movies and product. Every piece of porn made isn't supposed to appeal to everyone. There's so many porn options and ways to get it these days it's just dumb and an incredible waste of time to spend dwelling on what you don't like or what other people are watching. I'm not saying these things shouldn't be discussed because sometimes they should but at some point you have to accept the reality of the business.

I assumed everyone knew the definition. I was wrong. So here it is. The porn industry fit very nicely into the category of "institutional racism"
Racism, by its simplest definition, is discrimination based on the racial groups to which people belong. People with racist beliefs might hate certain groups of people according to their racial groups, or in the case of institutional racism, certain racial groups may be denied rights or benefits. Racism typically points out taxonomic differences between different groups of people, even though anybody can be racialised, independently of their somatic differences. According to the United Nations conventions, there is no distinction between the term racial discrimination and ethnic discrimination.

I give up. I don't enjoy arguing and this doesn't seem like a discussion. I've already stated that I find some black women attractive and that I am open to date whatever woman I find a connection with, regardless of race. I'm sorry if you can't accept that I don't' find every person of every race to be attractive. I pretty sick of the insinuations that I'm racist if I don't. I think you started with a legitimate question, but when people try to give you their opinion based upon their honest feelings and experiences, you just can't accept it without labeling them, so what does that say about you. I'm not going to lie, I don't find all black women attractive, in the same way that I don't find all white, asian, latin or any other race's women attractive. Initial, physical attraction is visceral and subconscious, something that has been built from years of stimuli, so who are you to tell me I'm wrong for what I like. Do you even want people to be honest, because it seems like you are now promoting an agenda that you who asks the question is sooo tolerant and accepting and if you others tastes don't align with yours, well hell, those people must be awful. Why, they must be racist! Bottom line, I was being truthful when I said that, based on my experience, it seems that I'm least attracted to black women (which does not mean that I'm not attracted to them). I only answer based on what I notice as patterns in what I become attracted to.
BTW, that quote may sum up your feelings, but it's kind of bullshit. Essentially, you're saying that one cannot prefer one thing over another without it being racist. Bullshit. That's all I have to say about that.
Enjoy your "discussion".

The thing is that the fact that you felt th need to mention that you don't find the majority of black women attractive makes you racist. The fact that you don't suck cock makes you sexist.
Look at the HUGE Asian market, every single person running around screaming I love Asiang girls is racist. If you can find me somebody who isn't racist you've found someone who is blind, dumb a liar or some combination there of. Its no big.
