I think him and the woman actually knew each other, so there was probably more to the story there. Either way, his name has technically been cleared, so if Blacked (or any other studios for that matter) want to hire he, he's fair game. Personally, even though he's technically been "proven" to be an "innocent man" (in this case at least), unless he has improved his attitude, I doubt he has much of a future in the business (or any business for that matter).
