I'll count male talent as resource which they are always short of. Directors are overworked. And when was the last time we saw an outdoor shoot in America? Why don't do they do showcases anymore?
They are aiming for a vixen pass. Individual sites need not have any merit. It's like when you have a subscription model every scene does not need to be 'count'. You can just bank on your library. This is what is happening here.
^ The number of sites is something that has harmed the overall quality of BLACKED. Last few updates have looked solid. I think they should maybe have teams to overlook each site. They have directors shoot across the network. I think if they had someone overseeing BLACKED that specialized in interracial porn (or big dick porn as they want to use as a label) could make the site better.
^ They need a team that specializes in quality. Lanksy, for all his failures, ran all the sites in the beginning and he learned what was good and what wasn't and course corrected rather quickly. What VMG has now should be better with multiple people in decision-making positions but they have the wrong people in those spots. You have someone running Deeper who view each scene looking through a kaleidoscope, Julia Grandi who primarily casts no-name talent through her own agency in order to double dip, directors who flat out say they don't care what the audience wants to see, etc... it's a shit show and there is zero indication that it's going to get better or be addressed anytime soon.

^ ^^ I agree 100% with what you are saying. Lansky's passion was replaced with soulless mediocrity. If the Blacked, Tushy and Vixen had different ownership would the content be better? Absolutely so.
