Blackmail Genre - need more in adult films

There are googles of sites dedicated to stories about blackmail however, there are precious few films. Given the broad stroke of porn, I find this strange. In a blackmail story, a person (man or women) is caught in a compromising position. That indiscretion is documented (pictures, video, etc.,) and said documentation is shown to the person being blackmailed. There is shock and anger and eventually resignation. Terms are then agreed upon (for example, "do as I say or your husband/boss/friends/priest, etc., will get copies of the blackmail material). The person being blackmailed is forced to do things they ordinarily wouldn't do (have sex with the blackmailer, have sex with people the blackmailer designates, get dressed up in revealing clothes and go to a place where dressing like that would be humiliating (school, work, the mall, etc.,), enter a stripping contest at the local strip joint, seduce strangers, seduce students in their own class, etc., And there you have the basic blackmail story. My problem is that there is very little of this type of storytelling on DVD in the adult marketplace. Is it because it is "forced sex" or "rape"? If so, that is a false assumption. Obviously, the person being blackmailed is being forced to do sex acts. However, when you examine the genre, it is ALWAYS, 100% ALWAYS best to own up to the behavior for which you are being blackmailed. If you CHOOSE not to do that, the you are willing participating with the blackmailer. THAT IS A CHOICE. I will cite 2006's Corruption as a positive example of what can be achieved with a compelling story. It included Sex, Murder, Power, Deceit, Hunger, Perversion, Politics, and of course Political Corruption. It also included Blackmail, Bondage, S&M, Fisting, Forced Sex (Using the threat of harm against a loved one). This was a well made movie with humps of awards including six AVN awards including Best Video Feature. "Cry Wolf" is another well made movie with a blackmail theme that also won an AVN Award for best movie this past year. So where is the harm in attempting to reproduce what "Corruption" or "Cry Wolf" achieved? What is the backside? In addition, there have been the occasional vignettes that feature vignette sized blackmail situations (a teacher/stripper is recognized by one of her students and has sex with him to keep his mouth closed - a student tells the teacher she knows he gave Sally an A in math because she had sex with her and unless he does the same thing (the A + sex), she will turn him in, etc., Yet these scenes are few and far between and feature none of the sweet anguish - the "what-choice-do-I-have' moments - the looks of disgust when told what they must do and with whom they must do it with, the utter hatred of the blackmailer while the blackmailed is engaged in that activity, the realization that they are locked into servitude without a way out (despite being promised the incriminating material back, the blackmailer holds onto it - in many of the stories, the blackmailer makes the following statement, "sleep with me one time and I'll give you the video back" which is seldom true). Answer me this, there are people who are willing to shoot 12-on-1 gang bangs, take 50 pops on the face, do double anal, fuck Ron Jeremy, take Lexington Steele up the ass, shoot rough sex scenes where they are tied up, slapped, spanked, fucked with enormous dildo's, have their tits and pussy sucked into a glass tube, have their nipples clipped AND STILL, somehow blackmail themed movies are mostly taboo...... As I said, it'd need brave and talented writing, and it would need someone bothered enough to go with it. Maybe on the gonzo-esque side, someone like Jake Malone would probably be able to pull something like this off. His stuff is all based around the edgy and psycho-sexual. The Grudgefuck series, countless 'girlfriend/wife/single mom forced to pay rent' scenarios, etc. They are out there in abundance. But they are always implied as the Gonzo nature of the vast majority of scenes out there today more or less rip all the story out in favor of the action. I admit I have enjoyed a few "fantasies of control" type of stories, very common in the [ invalid url ] section of Literotica. There are some very gifted writers over there to be sure, and most of these stories fall directly in line with your premise, although some of them certainly fall into rape fantasies. For example, a popular theme over there is a wife who wants to help her husband get a promotion, survive in jail, whatever. So to do this she lets herself be humiliated/violated sexually to help him out, usually out of fear of him losing his job, their livelihood, his life or whatever. Now similar types of this scenario can be found in "Twisted as Fuck," (esp the first scene) or more commonly any countless scenes involving "schoolgirls" who fuck their teacher for a passing grade, to get out of trouble or whatever or "babysitters" caught doing something wrong and having to fuck the dad to not get in trouble for ignoring the baby. Go buy any of the Kelly the Coed series or "Babysitter" (hundreds of different variations on this title) series and you'll get several such scenes. I've seen this dozens of times in a variety of other DVD's as well. From my perspective, this type of SCENE is actually VERY common in the industry. But the setup, the lengthy premise behind the scene, the drama of the inner turmoil, the look on the womans face when she submits to what she deems as coerced sexual acts, the (in stories at least) inevitable downward spiral of degradation that follows once she first gives in, etc.....this is totally a lost art form in porn if it ever existed at all. The simple reason is that porn producers are just too lazy and porn consumers are just too content with gonzo-style of productions. No story, straight to the ass, powerpistoningpenii and jack off to pop. Boom, string 5 of those together and you've got a shippable product. Rinse and repeat. I think what you want is the buildup/setup. Because you can find the scenario itself (forced/non-consent or coerced sex) in abundance. I tend to agree with you in that I would LOVE to see a bit more buildup of to this scenario as that "fantasy of control" appeals to me as a amateur Dominant. My wife and I role-play this all the time and I can list a large number of porn titles/scenes that play to this fantasy. But sadly, almost NONE of them are as good as the stories and the theater of the mind. So I stick with Literotica and we use these as fuel for our own sick fantasies. Which I assure you are better than a video, but still....I see your point. Let me know if you'd like a short compilation of scenes, but they are abundant. The most mainstreamy porn movie filmed in the last decade is about pirates. An anti-porn lobby condemning a porn movie because it glorifies blackmail is like MADD condemning a drunk driver because the driver ruined a perfectly good Corvette by jacking it up like a monster truck. Murder is against the law as is stalking and a thousand other acts that are littered over the cinematic landscape. Yet, I can name hundreds of titles that deal with murder - straight and porn, and dozens that deal with stalking. Hell, I just watched one last week (Wicked's "One Man's Obsession" starring the lovely Jessica Drake and Randy Spears as the stalker/peeping Tom). The best thing the industry can do is to put out quality merchandise - period. Whether it's the lovely Vivid girls reading from scripts while sucking on condems, Jake Malone redefining Rough Sex or Amateurs hoping for their 15 minutes, as a consumer all I want is quality. The message gets lost because, honestly, who is looking for a message in their porn? The public image will be what it always has and should be - adult entertainment is legally made by consenting adults who make a product long used by other consenting adults. Some people think non-consent is a hot genre; executed well could make for good movies indeed. Except that the actresses need to, well, act. They need to go along with the movie. And, usually, acting which seems more real than not is considered good acting. We also try to get movies which are as real as possible. Not always, but I like it more if the sex is 'real'. For a good, reality-inducing non-consent movie, you don't really need to act. And if they're not acting, then it's rape. So this genre is a contradiction in itself. Anyways, if you can get past that point and enjoy fantasy humiliation, try out publicdisgrace.com. Or humiliated.com. But for me the best two movies in blackmail genre is "Le Maitre Chanteur 1" & "Le maitre chanteur 2" with Lea Martini plays excellent the blackmailed woman from a photographer who blackmails her into "things" she cant imagine. In my opinion is the best sequel on that subject. Another movie that i remember is "Prison" again with Lea Martini. Of course if you have some other "blackamail-movies" suggestions please post them.
