I've recently ordered 2 DVDs and they charged me 35 Euros for one even though it is listed as 15 Pounds Sterling on the website! Sent numerous emails to them but no response so far... The prices they have are really great though if one could only be charged in Pounds (not from the UK but the exchange rate is quite nice at the moment). But so far my experience with them is putting me a bit off!  [Link] |

I suspect your charged in the currency local to your shipping location and it's up to you to make sure you select the correct one as the prices do vary greatly from one currency to another. i.e i ordered Jesse Jane: Kiss Kiss Blu-Ray= $49.95 or Euro 39.95 or £29.95 Not sure if thats any help or not   [Link] |

The problem was that I was charged a much higher amount for one particular DVD in Euros than the amount listed on the website in Pounds. And they only showed me this other amount after I had clicked on "complete order". [Link] |
