I've only seen a few blooper scenes here and there online but I haven't really seen any on DVD. However, I did search xonair, and I saw a few come up under bloopers. Some of them look pretty old, so I'm not exactly sure how funny it would be.

I don't know if this will actually help but maybe someone reading this will know what I'm talking about because I don't know the title name. There is one title that is a blooper reel of sorts. It is marketed as such and has a very "TV's Bloopers and Practical Jokes" feel to it. I think it might be about 2.5-3 years old and has a part one and a part two that came out about 6 months later.
