I believe that Mike Quasar was involved in the production of that series, as well. I would just assume that the Head Case series was discontinued for the same reason as the Blow Me Sandwich series. There were often 9-10 girls in each Head Case release. That must be expensive. My understanding is that the porn industry is highly reliant on the sale of media, because they can't use their porn to sell much of anything else. The advertising dollars aren't there, as major corporations won't associate with this industry. Furthermore, they can't make much money promoting public appearances of their talent, like a music group would. Also, since the advent of home video, I would assume that the adult industry can't produce much revenue from adult theater releases. There aren't many adult theaters left, and the ones that are left are nothing but a public nuisance. I don't work for the industry, but this is my understanding from reading news releases relating to their current state of affairs. I would invite any industry insider, such as Mike Quasar, to please correct anything I'm misunderstanding or to add any additional information. I'm very interested in this recent turn of events, because I've noticed that the types of high-quality releases that I've very much enjoyed are rapidly disappearing. I'm at the point where I'm considering importing some DVDs from Europe in PAL format, whose respective content may have been produced in the 80's or 90's, and using a DVD player that can convert the content to NTSC. My pipe dream is that once the dust settles from the free-porn phenomenon, the few remaining studios that survive the upheaval will have the consolidated attention of the remaining consumer dollars that are attracted to higher-quality DVD content for purchase. I know that you've been doing this yourself already. Perhaps an industry-wide effort to this effect may be helpful. This forum is a good tool for such an effort. It's full of porn fans who ask questions regarding why they aren't getting the type of porn footage that they want or that they're used to. This is where all Directors on this site need to explain, and re-explain, and continually explain that the pirating behavior of many porn fans is what's causing the reduction in quality adult entertainment content. Other than continuing to send out cease-and desist copyright letters, this is all that can be done until our legislative process catches up with the damage that the internet is currently causing to all industries that produce media for sale. This latest release proves yet again that Mike Quasar produces the very best blow job videos in the industry. No other blow job series continually provides such a high-level of erotic engagement between the viewer and the presentation. That said, no video is perfect, and there may always be some room for improvement. I've provided my comments below on this volume #15. I focused on things that should offer the opportunity for remediation by the production teams of future volumes, (and we all hope there will be future volumes), without incurring any additional expense. I won't waste anyone's time with comments on differences between this volume and prior volumes which are obviously due to the very thin budgets that these productions must work under at this point in time. My comments follow: 1. In scene 5, the male performer finishes himself off for the money shot. This is in contrast to all other scenes in this release. When the girls finish the guy off, it heightens the level of eroticism for the climax portion of the scene tremendously. If the male masturbates himself in the end, the effect on the viewer is such that the girls are perceived to be incapable of fully satisfying the male. Also, the male performer in this scene is speaking to the female performers frequently. Since the viewers of POV BJ videos are most certainly exclusively male, the dialog generated by the male performer does nothing to enhance the experience of the male viewer. In fact, the male dialog in this case can only distract the male viewer from the performance of the female entertainers. This fifth scene is definitely the least effective scene of this volume. 2. I was expecting a "Behind the Scenes" segment in this video. After more than 2 years without a volume release, I was looking forward to hearing Mike Quasar discussing the return of Blow Me Sandwich with the cast and crew. In fact, when I first played the DVD when it arrived, the very first thing I looked for in the menu was a behind the scenes selection. Many of the prior releases had such a segment. I was disappointed to find that it didn't exist in this release. 3. As is the case with many gonzo-style videos, sometimes the performer dialog isn't recorded well, and such dialog becomes difficult, if not impossible for the viewer to comprehend. These losses of dialog can often be more critical in a blow-job video than in other types of videos, because the dialog of the female performers often enhances the blow-job viewing experience to a great extent. I've found that the most effective blow-job scenes are ones in which the female performers are describing to the viewer their intention and commitment to induce a climax. Furthermore, female dialog in terms of questions of the male viewer, as to how they wish to climax, and what they're experiencing through the performance, can often be especially rousing. In this volume, some of the female dialog isn't quite understandable to the viewer. As an example, in scene 2, as Mark Wood is cumming on his wife's tongue, Ashlynn Leigh utters a seductive phrase that isn't comprehensible (at least not to me). This lost dialog occurs in DVD chapter 5 of the volume, after 55 seconds of elapsed time. If Ashlynn's dialog were understandable at this crucial point in the scene, it may have generated a more intense emotional reaction from the audience. 4. In scenes 1 and 4, the same brown leather chair is utilized as the location for the performance of the females as they interact with the male. This particular chair may have been a poor choice for a prop, as it has a rather narrow seat with large armrests. These armrests get in the way of the female performers to a certain extent, especially in scene 1. This obstruction may have restricted what would have otherwise been their natural movement during their performance. We'll be lucky if much new content of any type will be produced at all in the future.
