I don't think it is literally impossible to do, but the girls would need to be willing and that's where I think the biggest hurdle would come from. Not all girls of course, but some. You would think, at least I think, that when the scene is looking to end in either a big facial or a big swallow, wouldn't the most important thing you'd look for as a director would be whether the guys can shoot a decent load/aim it correctly? Not only do a lot of the more professional guys seem to blow smaller loads, for whatever the reason, some of them can't aim at all which also hurts. Small load with perfect aim (i.e. directly on face or in the mouth) can still work out well. Kyler Quinn's Facialized scene is a good example for me, I think 4 of the 6 didn't necessarily have the biggest loads in the world but on that day everyone's aim was spot on, put directly on her face, and the end result was something really awesome.
