I've gotten it, though not from the lack of ejaculation. It happened because I've had too many ejaculations. It takes longer to release between each time so basically I'm just rebuilding and rebuilding for hours and hours and it's like the blood is trapped in there. And for me, it doesn't just "go away" after the blood drains... it stayed like that for the rest of the day. It's like being pinched in the balls and the bad thing is, most of the time you're so aroused that it won't go away any faster.
