I was hoping you could help ID the name of bluefilm/actress from scene description below.

Woman in a see through white tshirt/tanktop possibly wet from shower. Has brunette hair with shiny hair gel like appearance/combover. She proceeds to sit and roam her hands all over her breasts where nipples are visible from the see through top. Her height seemed to be around 5ft5in i think.

This was from a cable movie i saw long time ago. Possibly between 1990-1998. Someone told me that it could be from movie chameleon but i could not find that scene in chameleon movie.

Seems like a longshot to get it IDéd just from short info above but posting it anyway hoping for some leads.
