Right. I saw that. But my question to the poster who provided the link was how he found that early scene from 2006. As I wrote previously I do not see a search by date function.
I remembered that her first appearance was on Fucking Machines (which is their go-to newbie break-in site) so I went directly to that site and did a search just of Fucking Machine shoots. She's done so many shoots for Kink that it seems to break their normal search function. But that first shoot was quite memorable. It's amazing how, after almost 6 years and, let's say, 800 cocks, 50 or so fists, and three industrial-sized oil barrels of swallowed cum, she seems to have the exact same cool, unjaded personality. The Bobbie interviewed at Kink in early 2006 and the Bobbie you see interviewed today is that same chick that you absolutely would be able to hang with and take home to mom (though the inevitable conversation about her workplace pet peeves might get awkward).
Actually, there is a Behind Kink documentary entry for 2006 that shows Bobbi doing her first scene for Water Bondage (now defunct) with Lew Reubens as director. The documentary clip discusses in detail how that the WB scene was her first and also Lew's method of breaking in new talent without BDSM experience. You can also contrast that with a (roughly) 2007 entry where Matt Williams is breaking in (unsuccessfully) Celena Cross (I think that is her name). Lew takes it slow and easy with inexperienced talent (I subscribe to that philosophy as well although for the record I do not work in the adult industry) whereas Matt had Celena suspended from the ceiling within the first hour of the scene and even started off rough, especially for a first timer (Matt did say that he was babying her but I definitely don't think he dialed it down enough in this case). It also did not help that Celena had done a scene the day before, her cunt was raw and could not be touched without discomfort.

You're totally right; though the Fucking Machines scene was released about a month BEFORE the water bondage scene, even if it WAS shot after. I think it's funny that water bondage was used as the break-in venue, because to me, bondage and stuff like that is WAY more endurable than the thought of simulated drawing. I've probably been a member of virtually every kink site over the years, but Water Bondage? I'll pass. Makes my stomach turn in knots...
^ I think WB was used because Lew was especially good with first-timers and that was the site he directed regularly. Later on Lochai (better known as a former Hogtied director/webmaster) did Casting Couch which specifically dealt with first-timers and featured light bondage and pleasuring the woman with a Hitachi (while seated on a leather couch). Since Casting Couch was considered part of Hogtied, I think that portion ceased production when Matt Williams resumed directing Hogtied in favor of more feature-like scenes. Nothing against current Kink management, but I think some type of easing-into scenes benefited them a few years ago and would do so again, they have to find new talent somehow and only so many Citadel (the Bay Area's kinky sex club) members are willing to do porn. Matt seems like a decent guy but the couple of scenes that I have seen of him attempting to break in new talent were conducted in a way that I felt turned potential talent off of BDSM (although Iona Grace did assimilate into Kink and do quite well after her first scene with him). There is plenty of time for suspending and flogging women after they enjoy BDSM, it does not have to be done in the first experience.
