There is really nothing else to say to begin than this year tops last years as the best trip yet. I always enjoy meeting the new girls I write about the previous year and this year a few of those girls were Mia Rose, Lela Star, and just recently Bree Olson. The first day and a half were the best so far as taking pictures and being able to visit with the girls without 25 other horny guys/gals standing behind you. I really want to thank every girl who attended the show for their patience and energy for putting up with all the requests from us all.
It was cool this year we made it to a couple buffets which weren't to bad, The Bellagio was the better of the two and there were a couple great dinners at Outback. The Circle Bar was again the center of the porn universe in the Venetian and you saw quite a group of people congrugating there on any given night this past week. Many a drink was consumed along with some very interesting conversations of which no one will have any memory by next week, lol!! So many personal highlights that I'll remember fondly and I think everyone for making this trip another huge success for me. A couple directors made it a point to chat with me about reviews giving me some good feedback so hopefully I'll keep doing a good job there as it's something I really enjoy doing.
I was nervous going into the awards night as there were a few I was keen on seeing who won and for the most part my expectations were met and even then some. Of course seeing my friend Hillary Scott take the top prize acting and then performing was something I'll never forget and of course she made her acceptance speech for both memorable-- God Bless Ass Fisting is the catch phrase there!! Hopefully someone got some pics of that dress she wore, I couldn't take my camera in so maybe Lee got a few good shots he'll share soon. ADT is a family and there was a great commraderie amongst us all including the industry who post here and that's what really makes the show just that little bit more special knowing everyone in a different way than most fans get a chance to. Congrats to Den and Rog for their awards and the deserving ladies who took those prizes, I saw a few handed out.
Devinn is to be thanked as well as the party sponsors for another great ADT shindig, again the conversation was great and the girls could relax a little after a hard days work signing and taking pics-- though a few of those were taken at the party. I'll try and post my pics soon, probably on a Flickr account and of course some to my Myspace page and with the increased # you can post I'll put up a quite a few there. Thanks Vegas you were again a great home away from home for a few days and let's do it again next year!!
Anabolic-- holy shit is all I can say along with a huge thank you to Whitney Stevens, Natasha, Rebeca Linares, and Ashley Jensen for all the wonderful titty flashing those first two days!!
Jules Jordan-- Lela Star was just to good for words and so nice taking many pics for me, Jenna Haze, Mia Bangg, Shyla Stylez and design wise Jules had a great kick ass booth. I'll put Mia Rose here but she also graced the Evil Booth and I think she owes bobo for a coke!!
Evil Angel-- Bella, Sasha Grey, Naomi and the lovely Tricia Devereaux coordinating one of the better group photo shots yesterday for us camera guys!!
Club Jenna-- Ok this is personal, I waved to Jenna and she graciously stepped down for a pic that first day so thanks Jenna!!
SexZ-- Seeing the Super AssWhore Hillary Scott everyday right at the entrance was really cool and also a special shout out to Marie Luv who was in the booth across. This beautiful woman had on some great outfits of which you'll see the pics but yeah seeing Miss Scott was great as well as catching up with Kylie and saying to Eli how much I liked the Corruption movie and oh yeah Gene Fucking Simmons from KISS showed up Friday!!
Smash-- Bree Olson was so hot and Stuart you are the man for helping us that first day with those special shots-- wink wink!! I'll think of more I'm sure!
I have a lot to say, but I just got home and am exhausted. I will file a full report tomorrow.
I do want to say that the awards show red carpet was a complete and total clusterf**k and disaster.
For those of you who didn't witness it, Mandalay Bay security and personnel were the ones put in charge of deciding who was allowed to enter via the "red carpet" (actually a roped of area leading to the Event Center) and who was not. Of course, they had no clue who was or was not in the business.
Numerous people from Aurora Snow to Cheyne Collins were told to go around the enormous crowd to enter (where fans entered).
Even with myself and other fans telling security who was who, they had no clue.
The woman in charge told me "I could care less about anything but the security and experience of my patrons".
To see the guards not knowing what to do when Cheyne and Evan Seinfeld started to get a little ticked off. To watch them panic when the entire Wicked crew arrived and they wouldn't let them in was hilarious.
It was a disgrace and it made the entire ceremony seem like more of a joke than anything else.
Add to that, the attitude Fishbein seemed to have with the fans that were there, when he had to be called out to clear up the situation (which should have been thought of MONTHS in advance) only made me realize how bad AVN is really getting.

I have to agree that Bree Olson was one of the true highlights of the convention for me. She is just unbelievably gorgeous. Between Bree, Amber Rayne, Lexi Love and Natasha Nice, I think my tongue was hanging out every time I went by their booths.
In general, I was blown away by how friendly almost every girl I approached was. Given that many of them had to be out on the floor signing for hours at a stretch, the fact that they kept their composure (and some even remembered my posts on ADT!) was amazing.
I'll post my own review of the AEE/AVN experience sometime soon.
Mandalay Bay's staff was beyond fucking clueless. Talent could barely even get into the "arena" entry because of the mad crush of onlookers. Day of the locust! Some rent-a-cops kind of half-assedly blasted through yelling and pushing, and then people just started crushing in again. I know the whole deal is moving there, maybe next year (?), but the whole way the hotel handled the situation was asinine.
The actual convo this year seemed MUCH more manageable, at least for me. I know some big companies dropped out, but smaller was way, way better as far as I'm concerned.
Rebecca Linares. Holy Fuck! She was bundles of fun on Tuesday night at the Circle Bar. What a babydoll. The first night's drunken orgy is the best night for hanging out. Had some very interesting and fun conversations, most of which I DO remember and probably NONE of which I'm going to repeat. Ha ha ha.
Anyway, I'll spazz out some kind of mutant space opera about the whole thing later this week. Right now, I need a dumptruck, baby, to unload my head.

Similar incident at the Players Ball sponsored in part by Evil Angel and XFanz. I watched Erik Everhard get up on stage to dance with the girls and promptly got ushered off. A few of us fans tried to tell security who he was but we were completely ignored. Meanwhile, the same security lets anybody with a nice camera on stage. Question is - were they there on behalf of the party sponsors or just guys collecting footage to put on the net? Either way, I still had a good time at that party but a little better communication about who was allowed where may have been in order.

Bono i wanted to thank you here like i did at the show it was a real pleasure to hang with you take pics and just chat . the buffet at the billagio was great i just feel bad i was so sick on friday night and saturday. glad that hillary won her award. i look forward to seeing next year.
From what I saw, everyone had the same type of ticket to the awards, whether they were a fan or in the biz.
I also understand that those in the biz weren't "issued" passes and most of them had to buy their own tickets to the awards show. (just stating what I was told from MANY of the ladies in attendance)
Not sure if a ticket on the floor looked any different from a ticket up off the floor but there were pornstars sitting around me, I was close to Keisha and in the row next to me I saw Hershel Savage so not sure. I had a better seat at this show but last years seemed to run better. Perhaps the first year is a bit awkward and if it's at Mandalay again they'll learn from this year. Distinctly different tickets for floor/ table seats and then the lower ring around the floor seemed to be a lot of industry too and then above those seats you had the fans? All I know is I enjoyed it, the best skit was easily Anthony Hardwoods Porn camp and then they tried another one with Kurt Lockwood which wasn't as good, still funny but they'd already done it with Anthony. Ron Jeremy was Ron so I laughed at his bit and seeing Lex in drag impersonating Tyra Banks was a bit strange-- where was Shylocka when you needed her, lol!!

I don't know what was up with me and Bree...I went up to her and said hey I didn't want any autographs and asked if I could take some pics of her. She gets up and I snap one, and then she goes to sit down while my camera was still on her and she sits down and looks away. So I went oh and walked away too, I don't know what happened? Maybe she ran into someone rude before I met her. I just got one shot of her and never asked her again...lol but hmmm??? Jamie Elle gave me the most pics ops at the Smash booth.
Yikes... you just described my same exact experience... with Franchezca Valentina - only I never even got the one picture. Now, I did not have the same problem with Bree Olson, and I know others didn't have the same problem with Franchezca - so maybe it doesn't mean anything.
Or maybe it means that the Smash Pictures booth was the AEE Axis of Evil.
I also have a theory that they just didn't like being that close to the corner restrooms. Would also explain why Jasmine Byrne never showed up at the Adam & Eve booth, as far as I can tell.
No problem on the hating!! I can truly say when I saw Melissa it was a great surprise and I told her that!! I hope your meetings were a big success too Melissa.
Oh, that does make me feel a little better... I guess. Well, I'm glad you made bono happy!
And about the crowds - no kidding. On Saturday, I overheard another attendee put it best when he said: "There's way too many people here. I'm too tired to fight this shit." If I ever write up my trip report, that quote will be at the top of it.
Actually, I'm already done with the hating. Must've been the good vibes from LOVE (the new Cirque du Soleil show at The Mirage), which I saw that Friday night.
I do regret missing the Hottest Girl in Porn Pageant, which ran at the same time. But LOVE was absolutely awesome. Not my favorite Cirque show (that would be KA), but amazing nonetheless.
That's weird. Both Bree and Franchezca were both very willing to pose for me and were still getting into positions when I ran out of ideas that didn't involve them naked.

i happened to spot Melissa walking just outside of the convention hall and must concur that she did look great. I have to say that it was also a treat seeing Flick Shagwell walking into the AVN awards.
...i dont know if we re thinking of the same "someone else", but it yes, we re not together anymore. Bono was right, i wasnt gonna go..til i got a call for a business meeting and someone told me Buckcherry was playing at the awards show :)
